- My friend ask for some decal measurements and photos for his M80 restoration project.
fortunately some lads were working at cutting all the bushes away from the bridge to prolong the life of the bridge.
Best combines ever made.
Hard to believe there is combines like this sitting about, we have a still working M103 built in 1965 originally with a 12 foot head that was cut down to 10 foot in 1977 I think it was when my dad bought it
They're is still a few about in hard to get to places mate. Not many though
Be great if you could save useful parts . 👍🏴
U just come across your channel, very interesting, I also love old combines , my father ran a MF 780 for years , then I bought a ransomes Cavalier , now we run two class matador’s , just a question you wouldn’t know were I could find straw walkers for a matador? . I do believe the newer protector and Mercator are the same ? I’m on cornwall so it would have to be able to courier parts , any help would be appreciated.
Keep up the good videos, look forward to more content 👍
Their is a company called JMT Engineering Ladbroke ltd. Ask for Mark Teverson. He is the chap who runs it all. He breaks old combines especially claas. He sends bits all over Europe.
Look him up, i used to work for him. Let me know how you get on. He is in Warwickshire.
Thanks I will 👍
