Part of Rodtang's training routine (it's out on video somewhere) is literally just standing there taking punches to the face from his training buddy. Actually the other guy does it too. They punch each other in the face for training.
The trick to it (and you will also see this in the fights if you look closely) is he turns his head with the punch to mitigate the damage. So they don't take him by surprise... he sees them coming and turns his head as needed. He purposely does this instead of blocking to demoralise his opponents.

Johnathan Haggerty (the guy Rodtang was fighting most in this video) is a British Muay Thai fighter and quite the monster in his own right. Rodtang is just.... some special kind of human lol
