May Allah give me the ability to live up to the name of Khalid, Ameen. I am a revert and chose this name prior to knowing anything about the history of Khalid Ibn Al-Waleed (RA). I believe that he was one of the greatest men to walk the face of the earth, after our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

So sahabas ask “Are we not your brothers, Oh Messenger of Allah?”
Then prophet muhammad saw said "No, you are my Companions. My brothers are those who will come after me and they believe in me without seeing me. (Ad-Darimi, At-Tabarani, Al-Hakim. emphasis added)"

Since when did 4:35 6ft was started to be considered great height?it's a good height close to ideal height...but not great as in too imposing height...Especially in the time of the prophet peace be upon him when there were people like umar bin khattab etc who used to tower a crowd of people as if riding a horse which would put his height estimated at minimum between 7-7'6" Tall

He is called 'The sword of ALLAH' ,thats a title given by prophet muhammad(saw).
That is a title as a praise to Khalid ( RA), Allah does not need sword to his wills he commands and it will be done
