An excellent lesson, but not for the very beginners. I recommend starting with this when you already mastered basic isolated moves such as squeezing, shimmies, hip drops etc. After that it will be easier to catch up with these rythms and combinations. But don't mind starting with Suhaila anyway. :) Every beginner has his/her own level of reactivity.
Just start squeezing something to get that muscle tone going to do this stuff. A year of 24 u squeezing and you'll be ready for trying to just isolate the glutes. We are getting back into the super strong glutes after about a year off of squeezing. We dance in stores even n people do notice. Made some TikTok videos doing some glute work. Now we are back into this videos 3 workouts that we do on here. We do pilates the 1st one then glutes 3rd routine and 4th yoga. This video really teaches Belly dancing oriental dance love it.
