I can’t seem to isolate the top from the bottom. Do you think by trying every morning I might finally succeed through perseverance? It is the second video I’ve seen that breaks down the belly roll. It makes so much sense visually. But when I try to do it it does not move so drastically like yours does. I don’t want to be an expert belly dancer just want to have a much stronger core to maybe help with lower back pain and perhaps give me more mobility than I have right now.
