See am in army, and we too workout twice a day 7 days a week and workout is mostly body weight like push ups, pull ups, rope, toe touch and other calisthenics based workout. We train for endurance and recovery is very easy and quick when you are training for endurance. Additionally ankit used to go for few kms of run, in army its called recovery runs and they are very beneficial for recovering your body from fatigue.
Ankit baiyanpura is the definition of sheer hardwork

I have seen a few of his videos,for me the biggest takeaway was he is 80kg and taking 150gms of protein and training twice a day that too at that intensity, so for one casual gym goer 1.2kg/kg bodyweight is enough..and one does not needs to gulp down protein shake after protein shake and none of the supplements is an absolute must as promoted by most "influencers" like creatine,fish oil,zma etc
Ankit's job is commendable for sure, but also pls understand he has been training for around 13 years, so this strength and endurance is not build overnight

i am from village of himachal pradesh.. My grand parents are 96 and 89 both are fit and fine doing their daily chores by them self. eating ghee and drinking alcohol..i am not promoting alcohol but main difference lies in that they mostly stay active from 4:00 am to 8:00 PM and eats only two meals a day that only home cooked food.

This is new for people outside haryana... In haryana, wrestlers going to akhada have similar routine, just that they dont make videos. Although my respect for ankit is utmost, but it's also true that I've seen my friends(who play in pro kabaddi, and some are wrestlers) doing the same.

My gym owner is in his mid 30s and he is working out from more than 15 years and for him 3 to 4 hrs are just a warmup😂

If you are a work professional/student you can do 75 days Medium Challenge, the condition remains the same only you can skip one 45 mins workout due to lack of time
I am following the same and the result is mind blowing because I am consuming less calories than required.

@@CricketCarnivalrahulmallik if you want to reduce your weight much faster I would say go for Running,and fitness wise strength training. Please make sure your calories are in deficit and you consume sufficient amount of protein otherwise no use in following this challenge
@@frankonaik I was into gym for 1 year and lost 18 kgs and then I have left it for around 2 years and gained back 10 kgs, so thinking to have muscle and endurance

Every village of haryana blessed by bole nath ( god) recently haryanvi youth accept many hard challenges like pus-up challange these challanges are very long and hard like 24 hour pus-up challenge 6 am to next 6 am
According to haryanvi janatics is secondary and hard work is number one 💪💪

Workout twice a day is doable for most people, especially when young. When i was in the military, we would go through 3 months bootcamp training.
Waking up at 5am, morning warmup exercises, 1 litre water before breakfast, and atleast 2 intense physical activities which could be any of calisthenics+cardio/obstacle course with combat gear/jungle training(with heavy equipment) in the course of the day. Not to mention the rest of the day would be filled with other physical activities like barracks cleaning/marching/etc...
Everyone was 18-23 age range and could miraculously recover with just 5-6 hrs sleep.
And this is just standard infantry training, there are other vocations like Commandos which do much more intense training.
Ankit himself told he was very weak in his childhood so genetics is not a factor. It's all hard work and discipline

You missed a pivotal and perhaps the most game-changing point, Brahmacharya. The concept of complete abstinence from all forms of sexual activities doesn't exist anywhere except the Hindu scriptures/religion. Ankit has followed it religiously, and it has given him huge benefits. He told this multiple times.
