If the haters say that, just say thank you. Because your and ur REAL fans are the ones that know ur drawing is made by YOURSELF and that's ur talent. You should say thank you because they are complimenting ur drawing, because they think that ur drawing is printed. Printers are always perfect, so that means ur drawing looks like it's printed,which means ur drawing is perfect. Take the hater's hate as a compliment so u don't get upset. Don't get mad or upset about haters, they're just gonna hate. The fact that they said "fake" or "printer" is rude I agree. Hope this made you feel a lot better :).

It also means you didnt really create Art because Art is the result of a creative process. You did the Job of a printer, which probably is pretty fun too but you dont really learn too much that way

Honestly, if someone says their drawing looks “fake”, or from a printer, that just proves how realistic it looks. One of the best compliments an artist could receive.

I'm pretty sure they say that for clout tbh. I started the same as a kid and always got compliments for my drawings and so did anyone that showed a bit of talent. Kids that don't have a calling for it usually can't understand shapes and coloring so easily.

A teacher should never discourage an artist. Art is highly subjective and it’s a skill that grows with time and experience.
I think that if people say your drawings are printed, that's a huge compliment. Your artwork is insane, don't stop!

The way he is still able to have something from he is 4 in good condition means his parents treat his art preciously to last until he is old enough to take care of it himself. Especially with paper since its so easy to broke. I think its show enough love from his parents to him and it's disrespectful for him to say his parents hate it. Not everyone even able to have something from their childhood keep with care like this.
So kids, don't be like this. See the bigger picture, try to be grateful, be nice to your parents especially when your parents treat you right like this. You will regret if you take everything for granted.

I could suddenly draw and especially shade almost perfectly after I didn't have art class anymore, it was pure magic (when I say draw perfectly I mean proportions fitting, sketches working, drawings looking normal and acceptable for the eye)

I feel like there’s been too many stories of people being denied by others, then rising up. Either there are A LOT of buzz kills out there, or a lot of people just make it up as a way to lure people to give positive feedback, not saying that the artist right now is faking, but i just wanted to share my thoughts

I started drawing when I was 5 and had a dream of becoming a cartoonist. When I was in second grade I saw a boy in my class who could perfectly draw charzard from Pokemon and I felt terrible about my little stick figures and a house. When I was 10 I wanted to give up seeing what some kids were able to do online and seeing how this other kid could perfectly draw characters from shows. Im 12 now and another kid who I don't really enjoy being around but I can deal with it for a little bit always asks "you drew this?" Or something along those lines in an impressed way. At first when he started saying that I thought he was joking because usually he would pick on me for various things. But he kept saying it whenever I drew something and it made me feel amazing.
I still liked the 4 year old drawings its sooo cute 🥰

honestly, the only good thing in America is freedom and democracy. Our food, people, healthcare, education, it all sucks. And I'm a Republican.

I spent much of my childhood thinking I was worthless, because I didn't know how to do anything well. I was the youngest and much younger than my next to me. Everyone else already knew how to do stuff and I always felt behind. It wasn't till I got older I figured out I could do amything I decided I wanted to.
