I made the zucchini cake, and it was totally awesome! One of the best preparations of zucchini that I have ever made. Wow! I'm going to bookmark this video. I urge everyone to try this!
Tuzlu kek is popular in Bulgaria too but we add beyaz peynir but never thought of vegetables i never thought of using breadcrumbs inside i like the idea of nigella mint and paprika the taste will be amazing and sesame seeds too
oh I miss this stuffed zucchini recipe so much. my grandmother used to cook them for us. these recipes are so easy. I will definitely cook these. the air fryer recipe was a bonus. the flavor in these recipes is phenomenal. Once you have home cooked meals like these, it's difficult to try and eat anything else. thank you

From Romania warm hugs ,I made today stuffed zucchini, are realy fantastic recipe, very light ,full of flavor, summery dish.i adore turkish recipes, thnks again for sharring us your recipes which bring us Turkiye in our home.
I bought a cheap bucket of capsicums yesterday & made yoir stuffed zucchinis with them. I didnt have mince, so i diced some BBQ chicken into it. Ive never seen pepper paste in my life, but i did have leftovef pasta sauce which is just roasyed capscium (from a jar) blended with sundried tomatoes & green olives. I added what was left. WOW!!! So versatile a recipe that i could just use what i have & whip up such a delicious dish! I also make your menemen probably 3 times a week, i love it.
Ayşrnur I always add dill to all my dolmas, it gives it such a nice flavor. Also for the grape leaves, I add pomegranate molasses to the dolma and it gives it such a nice zesty taste! Afiyet olsun! 🇹🇷🌷💗
❤I am from Beograd, Srbija. We have the same recepies, except, we are not cooking together sarma and cukinis. I will try. Also I can't find the grape lieves. We have the same taste, congratulation for your work. Manny thanks and regards ❤sanja ,bg,srb.😊
Hi Aysenur. Had some zucchinis on hand and tried your second recipe. Turned out delicious as usual 😋. Thanks a bunch for your tasty recipes ana wonderful vlogs. Bless you and your lovely family 🌷 take care and sending lots of love your way ❤
This is my dream menu! I love zucchini! It’s been my favourite vegetable since I was very young. Each recipe looks delicious but I’m especially excited by the savoury zucchini cake! Like you said, sweet versions are very common. My mother made chocolate zucchini cake all the time growing up, but this is a great idea! Thank you for the beautiful variety of Turkish recipes! You are a wonderful ambassador for Türkiye! ❤️🇹🇷
Thanks for this wonderful video Aysenur! In Malta we also stuff our zucchini but we bake them in the oven along with potatoes and onions. I specifically like the savory zucchini cake and the fritters, which I will definitely try. God Bless you and your family. TC and love to all. Greetings 👏👏👏❤️🌹🇲🇹
I can't wait for the Australian summer to arrive - I love zucchini and am always looking for new recipes. The savoury version of the "cake" is called a zucchini slice
My favorite zucchini recipe is zucchini soup. You cut up about 3 med sz zucchini and boil until soft; then in blender add zucchini, some of the reserved water from cooked zucchini, a few slices of American cheese or you can sub with cream cheese or even sour cream, but American is best and season with the tomato bouillon (you can sub with Yondou or regular bouillon) and blend. Then transfer to a pot to cook for about 10-15 mins and it is so yum with garlic toast. I love your recipes as well and will give them a try too as I love zucchini!
I have eaten allof these. Very popular in lebanese/,syrian & egyptian cuisine. This was a lovely video . Great introduction to viewers who make only zucchini loaf and fried zucchini sticks. What do u do with in the leftover inside of the zucchini?
Absolutely love your recipies! Keep up the very good work! Once you made a video about tarhana about how you make it and ferment it. Can you make a video of how you make the actual soup? Autumn is coming soon and it would be great to have a recipe. Thank you so much for your effort! This is one of my very favourite channels.
I love kabak dolmasi we do it in Bulgaria with yoghurt sauce sometimes add erik or sour plums do you have such version? We add spearmint dill and paprika with the mince meat there is a version with bulgur too and we add garlic we also have a delicious dish of lamb with zucchini in yoghurt sauce with garlic that's spicy we do baked rice with zucchini or sometimes in pan and pilaki with zucchini which is my favourite have you ever tried eksili kabak dolma also ever heard of Kabaklama dish?
Unlike most of our Pakistanis , I m a vege lover , and make veges with love and twist every single time and people love it including my own kids n husband. But stuffing Zucchini and making a cake out of it never came in my mind. Tesukker ederim, I will definitely try these two. We make zucchini pan cakes for our special weight loss diets :) loved the episode ❤❤
A savory zucchini cake is somewhat like a Amish zucchini casserole that I make remind me instead of the flour and everything I use Bisquick eggs little bit of oil milk and cheese mine is thinner zucchini of course and sometimes I do put in grated onion bacon in the oven and it is delicious
Ma sha Allah! More delicious recipes to try! I am going to try the kabak dolma but I don't want to waste the middle of the courgettes, please can u suggest how to use this. Thank you! 😊
I don’t like to waste either and we Usually do either fritters “mucver” with it or the savory zucchini cake. Both are in the video. Just chopped the inner parts you removed finely and squeeze the juice well too
I love your recipes! Just one suggestion: could please turn down the music or off when you are talking because sometimes it’s louder than your voice. Thank you so much for share all delicious recipes!
Thank you! I've never tried with only semolina. Maybe corn flour or the mix I made would be better or you can experiment and please share with us if you do :)
We say here (Vermont, USA) when the zucchinis in the garden become overplentiful we need to get rid of them by throwing them into other people's cars. Not this year. I'll keep them all!
Sister I love Everything!!! I hope make some!! I have a question? I never see you use tumeric in your dishes? Is it not popular in Turkey?? I always use tumeric in every dish for color flavor and for health benefits. Shukran. 😊
