The Bai Yan and Liu Qing combo is an automatic watch. Especially when it's a melodrama. Especially when there's loads of kissing. Check. Check. And a adorable kid who is perceptive beyond his years.

And they’re also super lucky because their scripts are very original. I remember it was months before I saw the “she sent him to prison 6 years ago/has his sick kid in secret” plot with other actors. And no one can replicate the original’s magic.

Lovely ending. Psychologically hurt is quite hard to cure. This story make it short. ML and FL quite good chemistry and bring their characters well. My favorite couples too. Antagonist characters well done. The real villainous is the ML mother so, selfish. But at least the ML willing to accept his bad deed. The little one was quite good looking and talented. Rest of the team done well. Entertaining and educational 😊
The ending is a rush man. They should have shown how he told everything about him and how he was searching for her. And everything he has gone through after the incident with her. It would have been an amazing ending if they had shown how she reconciled with him. But the overall drama is good. Just a bit of a rush ending..
This ending made no sense. The drama was only 2hrs 13 minutes they couldve added 10 minutes to properly wrap this storyline up. Wtf? The writers have gotten lazy. The dramas either go on for too long repeating the same kidnapping/rescue over again tropes or they dont end the drama properly and rush it. The worse is when its a 3 hr or more drama and then leave 1 minute for a happy ending.😂😂😂

This drama is emotional. The ending should have been longer. Both the ML and FL are excellent and talented actors. They have a great chemistry and bring out the best in each other. One of the very few Cdramas, with no domestic violence, abuse and bullying. I love the child actor. He's so adorable, talented and plays his role as a rebellious, mischievous son towards his father. He's gentle, loving, playful towards his fairy/ mother. Highly recommended to watch. Thanks for a great drama.
This is good story, loved when ML pretended to be carefree but he would melt like ice whenever FL looked at him, it would have been better if they have given few extra scenes for mental health of a victim

First time I’ve seen where they actually put an emphasis on how rape is really bad. They didn’t downplay it or make it rewarding for the perpetrator like in other dramas. ML was really remorseful for what he did to FL after being drugged. Everything was con-incidental that they met again and but the story explained it well as to why they didn’t recognize each other. Well done! This is the 3rd drama of Bai Yan and Liu Qing pairing that I’ve watched. Enjoyed this one the best. Let’s keep them coming. The very handsome Lui Qing that man just perfect the way he kisses and hugs Bai Yan in this there really do have beautiful chemistry the little boy adorable. Ok this was the one right here! Loved everything about this but why do I think there is still more? Still unresolved is the relationship between the beautiful and talented FL and the handsome and domineering ML. I saw this partial first upload of this drama and what I commented then still stands. Whoever did the casting for this drama did an amazing job. The child looks like the FL so much that even if he wanted to ML would never be able to forget her. This could be why ML resented the little boy so much which is curious because he was going blind when she originally came into his life and I don’t think he ever clearly saw her. But he should have recognized her at least or was he under such heavy medication for his illness? At least she has the excuse of having lost her memory as to why she doesn’t remember him. The couple was really fated to meet again despite outside forces trying to keep them apart. She is definitely the moth to the flame unable to resist him and when he gets playful well who would be able to anyway? All of that gorgeous smoldering energy focused on you 😻. We also have unresolved the situation with ML’s mother and the half brother because both of them need to be punished. Although when ML said he didn’t want her to die he wanted her to live I felt that and clearly she did too. This was overall well written, fantastically acted and the production was great. Special shoutout to the little boy who was so adorably naughty as he tried to gain his father’s attention, the assistant and the doctor friends. That is the other thing I always wonder about though. Can you really just walk into any hospital and request someone’s medical records in China, or is it because they have money and influence? Anyway I had to make a new list for this drama it was a tumultuous ride and I loved it. ❤👍🏾👍🏾
No I dont thibk he ever saw her at all. I believe he was completely blind. He did recognize her voice but it had been so long he wasnt sure. I love this acting couple they have suxh great chemistry
I think he knew it was the child of the girl he loved and violated. He never saw her though. But I believe he was harsh with the child because it brought him pain knowing what has happened. The child reminded him of her. He was falling in love with the FL because of her kindness, but he did not know she was the mother. He saw similarities in Jane and the FL but believed it was because of his unresolved issue of not finding her. And yes, the little boy acted so well. Everyone did well.
😂I always wondered if we should just get the last minute knife attack trope or car accident. At least with those, we get a rushed undying love declaration 😂

Good God, but isn't he just the most delicious red flag ever! This couple burns up the screen together with their incredible chemistry. His aura is so overpowering, it almost vibrates off the screen. As for her, she is an ethereal beauty and seems the only one who can somewhat tame the beast that lies inside him. And their little boy is their beauty combined and the most adorable kid. Only wish the ending would have been given more time instead of the bum rush job we got. I've watched 2 others with them and they really are just hot together. It feels almost sinful and voyeuristic watching them, but oh so much fun.

This was actually really good, I've seen attempts at this plot but never so well executed. They got the emotions of everything so well, it is not happy what happened to them, it was traumatic for everyone involved. The ending was a bit rushed and I would have liked 30 extra minutes of healing but overall this is a 10/10. Warning for some themes but not much abuse (like other dramas).

Il est impressionnant vers la fin, dans la scène qui commence à 2:05 ( le dialogue avec sa mère) et poignant par la suite, avec Bai Yan, dans leur grande scène finale. Le scénario, bien écrit, permet aux deux acteurs d’étaler leur talent et la véritable alchimie qui existe entre eux. J’ai juste regretté la fin abrupte ( 5 minutes supplémentaires auraient été suffisantes pour conclure en beauté ce drame très intéressant). Mais même en dépit de la fin tronquée, ce drame reste un des meilleures de cette année. Merci de l’avoir posté.
FL exudes charm. ML suited for his role. Although the end is not that satisfactory, only the smiles show they made up, nevertheless it shows how good roles can make or break an actor and actress. All the casts are good and this made this drama good
💞 The beautiful chemistry between the pretty Bai Yan & the extremely handsome Liu Qing is so natural & real. They are wonderfully matched! Added on to the adorableness of the young boy’s acting abilities, made this drama so enjoyable. The performances by the entire cast (ML mother/ML assistant & friend/FL grandma) were one of the best I’ve seen for a lower budget drama. I wished the drama had a happier ending for more closure, but hopefully they will give us another story to continue towards a happy ending! Let me add: 🔥 Liu Qing is beyond gorgeous and his acting is outstanding when he poured his heart out in seeking forgiveness 👏
Of course it's a 📢Must Watch!! Their kid is the star 🌟 in this one. His dad is so strict, but he doesn't let his dad bully him! I love it. 😂 I've seen this plot b4 but i love this version much more. 2 of the best actors as fl and ml❤🎉

兩個版本我都挺喜歡的，主角都是俊男美女，劉擎白妍版的故事前因後果交代很完整，有補充楊歡陳牧耶版沒有的女主被綁架的橋段，兩個版本的親密戲都很足，不過我比較喜歡楊陳版的小白，太可愛了，有興趣的可以去搜尋觀看。兩版的故事主軸不變但是整體還是有一點點差異，兩個版本都很好看❤❤❤，感謝板主分享。

Le scénario, bien écrit, permet aux deux acteurs d’étaler leur talent et la véritable alchimie qui existe entre eux. J’ai juste regretté la fin abrupte ( 5 minutes supplémentaires auraient été suffisantes pour conclure en beauté ce drame très intéressant).
Mais même en dépit de la fin tronquée, ce drame reste un des meilleures de cette année.

FL exudes charm. ML suited for his role. Although the end is not that satisfactory, only the smiles show they made up, nevertheless it shows how good roles can make or break an actor and actress. All the casts are good and this made this drama good

💞 The beautiful chemistry between the pretty Bai Yan & the extremely handsome Liu Qing is so natural & real. They are wonderfully matched! Added on to the adorableness of the young boy’s acting abilities, made this drama so enjoyable. The performances by the entire cast (ML mother/ML assistant & friend/FL grandma) were one of the best I’ve seen for a lower budget drama. I wished the drama had a happier ending for more closure, but hopefully they will give us another story to continue towards a happy ending! Let me add: 🔥 Liu Qing is beyond gorgeous and his acting is outstanding when he poured his heart out in seeking forgiveness 👏
