1. This FL is not rational. She not only accepts the husband's abuse for far too long, but subjects her beautiful daughter to his abuse and neglect, something that will negatively impact that child for the rest of her life.
2. She constantly lies about her health to her husband. She needed to just take the doctor's report to the husband. If he disbelieves her, then it's on him. If he matters to you enough to stay with him through all his foolishness, you need to be brave enough to tell the truth. She also keeps frightening the daughter by nearly dropping dead, then forces her daughter to falsely mourn her. Just cruel.
3. She makes no effort to get her daughter away from her abusive and neglectful father. From the FLs perspective, her husband has not changed. Why would you not at least insist the child lives with the grandfather? That husband seems set to do bad things.
Luckily for her, the husband is extremely low EQ, so she is able to get away with this foolishness.
He held her hostage by saying he would put her mother back in jail.

It was kinda gross to think that he could/would hang around her resting place after everything he did to her. He really didn’t love her enough to give her peace even after her slow methodical murder at his hands. This isn’t romance, people. It’s a tragedy.

I LOVED that She rejects him and does not offer forgiveness. “I did a lot of wrong things” he says. Well yeah, and that’s why she should never go back to him. He has shown himself to be a vicious abuser who chooses violence and anger.
If it ended shortly after this the story would have been perfect. Or she can forgive him (for her own self so she doesn’t live her life wallowing in hatred) but NOT ever get back together with him. He and others like him need to understand that “I’m sorry” does not make up for everything. And it doesn’t automatically mean you get another chance!
I love the suffering he went through thinking she had died. Good. He deserved that and worse.
The part I hated most about her faking her death is the idea that she would leave her daughter with this violent psychopath!
I also wanted to hear MUCH more of an apology and atonement from him. Evidence that he had actually through about all the horrible things he did to her and felt disgusted with himself.
“I’m sorry. I really missed you these 2 years” 🙄 how about “I’m sorry, so sorry, how much I hurt you for so many years with misdirected anger. I’m sorry I never trusted you, never believed you. Even if (evil mistress) lied, I should never had treated you the way I did. I’m sorry, so sorry. I have regretted this every day for the last 2 years. I know words don’t mean much and I don’t deserve your forgiveness but I want you to know that I know how wrong I was. And I’m sorry.”
Him saying “I missed you” sounds like “I missed you being my emotional punching bag” given that the never seemed to have any positive relationship.
I would have no emotions of any kind toward a man that was this cruel nor do I think his personality could change so much against this woman

I´ve been watching a lot of dramas and i´ve noted that when the man is handsome the female lead forgives everything, when the man is not that attractive the girl leaves him and she moves on.

This is definitely one of those toxic love stories you wish you didn’t watch but I tortured myself and watched it to the end because I was too curious how it would end. Any self respecting woman would never go back to a man like that let alone leave her child with him. Does this really happen in Chinese culture? I hope not because this is definitely domestic abuse. A man who truly loves his wife will never treat her the way this ML treated this FL and expect her to comeback to him. It sets a bad example to others especially to her daughter. It sends a message to her daughter that what Daddy did to Mommy is ok because they love each other so when she grows up, she might get a man who might treat her this way. Disgusting really. 🤢

This woman was sending bad messages to her daughter all along by lying to her about her father. The little girl accurately recognizes her father's revulsion, but her mother teaches her to disbelieve her own instincts in favor of a fantasy. The little girl is likely to grow up into one of the man-stalking 2FL characters who refuses to believe it when the man she falls in love with tells her he's just not that into her. Sad.

oh i find these story endings where the woman ends up with the man who was such a low life scum. He basically did everything in the world for her to die. the only reason she survived was the good guy. and i don't think any woman in her right mind would choose scum like that. no sense of real love, just possession. He doesn't deserve her, but if she is so deluded into thinking that he is a different and decent human being because of one act, she is pathetic too.
5/10 because the actors are brilliant. The plot is just insane. Like who would go back after being haunted to death. And also the male lead taking revenge is utterly ridiculous because he's the nr 1 cause of all her misery. If he wasn't so blinded, most never would happen. But its fiction so grain of salt and all that.
Abusive relationship with FL goes back to her abuser after he says, "I am Sorry, I did those things cuz I love you. " plus the butter knife stab wounds to the ML from his mistress onto the FL. Just so, she takes him back. No thank you. After all ML abuse, he could sleep at night and still abuse the FL in the name of love.

Até agirá só gastei de um final, onde a protagonista e o filho vão atrás de quem cuidou dela de verdade. Eu achava que neste também, ela ficaria com quem se preocupou com ela de verdade. Triste ilusão à minha.
Muita maldade e bullying. Os roteiros são viciosos nessa trama espancar para depois perdoar mas é inegável a excelente atuação dos atores e atrizes. Lindos o ML e o SL. Dizem que perdoar é Divino mas esquecer jamais.
Nesse caso: perdoar é burrice, o homem é sinistro, não há como confiar nele, nunca existiu amor e sim um circo 🎪 de horrores.🤣🤣🤣

Y el amor es como el dinero, no dura nada si se echa en un bolsillo roto.
Once in awhile a chinese director will go against the norm and let the woman walk away from the abuser. But the message they give to the masses is that women should love their men no matter how they treat them less than human.
It appears the women are sold to the husband as a personal toy to accept whatever their husband wants to do to them without any complaint or recourse to the law. I noticed in several of these dramas the husband tells the wife it is considered legally acceptable for him to do whatever he wants to her including chaining her up and restricting her freedom of movement and contact with others. She has no rights after marriage just owned by husband and no one interferes however badly he treats her. Very happy not to live with this culture.
This male lead is always so handsome in whatever hairstyle and has great acting skills. He is really versatile in different types of roles.

É uma série interessante. A história é triste tem trama conspiração romance. O médico é a causa de toda desgraça. Se fosse esclarecido a vida da não falecida muito não teria ocorrido ele não teve pena dela e conspirou com a irmã coisa feia terrorizar uma família por um falsa amizade.
Todos teriam outra conduta isso é o que a mentira faz na vida das pessoas vários sofrendo por uma morte que não aconteceu. Ele era vítima e era cobrado pelos outros porisso ela não se separava e gostava dele ela sabia da,verdade. O elenco é fantástico lindos demais talentosos fofos profissionais .
