Spent 4 months in storage so I decided to take her out for a spin. She'll probably sit for a few more months yet since I'm waiting for spring and I'll be moving soon, but she's running good!
Oh, nice ! My first car back in the 90s was a Suzuki Swift (SF413) with 1.3l 8valve engine and 5 speed manual gearbox. The speedometer was the same (but km not miles). The design of the gauges is for me timeless !
@@AiOinc1 Yeah right! I had the same car with the G10A 3cyl engine too. Driving in the city is ok but not on our autobahn in germany :D Later I replaced the 1.3 engine with 1.3 DOHC 16V and the shorter Gears from the Gti Model and that was a whole new world :-)
Gonna have to disagree with you everybody says that but none of them have driven it. The ratios are well chosen, it's been perfectly reliable, and it shifts smoothly.
Very nice!
Thanks

Haha that is a considerably faster car than this is though, this is the G10A with the automatic

3 cyl?
Yes, all USDM Metros were 3 cylinders until the late 1990s, and no convertible was sold with a 4 cylinder.
That 3 speed auto is rough

@@AiOinc1 I understand. My 5 speed is at 3750rpm at 80mph. I don't think I'd be comfortable with a 3 speed auto on the highway.
