13:10 Scar Scar didn't have brawns, but he sure had brains! He succeeded on killing Mufasa and getting rid of Simba and becoming King. He had an army of over 100 hyenas and was manipulative to all the Pridelanders
Indeed. I'd say that Jafar is by FAR and away the most powerful. Being quite literally "The Most Powerful Sorcerer in the World" automatically puts him above the likes of Maleficent and the Horned King, both of whom are in fact sorcerers. And that isn't even considering his position as The Most Powerful Genie, with which he is canonically mentioned in multiple movies to be the most powerful being in the universe. As a being whose power is healthily on the universal scale, there isn't really any _being_ in all of Disney, let alone _villain_ who can stand up to him. For example, in the first few moments of ascending to the rank of most powerful genie, among the first things he did with his "absolute power" was effortlessly create and manipulate an entire _solar system_ -- that feat alone is way beyond anything that gods or devils like Hades and Chernabog have been able to muster, on their own or otherwise. In terms of influence, Jafar is pretty much unparalleled there too, given how in the animated movie Mickey's House of Villains -- of which Jafar is the main villain -- the evil sorcerer organises and commands _all_ of the other Disney Villains, including the ones on this list, and leads them in a successful plot to overthrow the heroes and essentially take control of the world. Even when he was defeated in the end by the only thing that can stop a genie (a magical lamp), the rest of the villains all fled in terror when they saw their leader and most powerful member defeated, which speaks volumes to Jafar's significance within their ranks and the influence he had over them.
@@TheGreater-ScopeVillain all very true plus, despite Genies' rules about not killing, he is smart enough to create a situation where he'd technically end up killing someone anyways because of the consequences, revealing that the rules only refer to direct kill had Iago or Aladdin fallen into the lava, they'd have 100% died, just like Jafar technically has a part in his own death, since his lamp falls in his own lava, although sent there by Iago being able to twist an absolute rule like that gives lots of points too this video literally mentions considering the villains re-appearences, but Jafar's are just ignored

Yeah, but I don't think that's canon to the Mickey & Friends universe. I always saw that movie (and other classic story parodies involving Mickey & Friends) as a case where the characters were playing a role in a play or movie, rather than actually being those characters in the story
Even if he is arguably the most evil of the villains, that does not make him the most powerful. I'd say that Jafar is by FAR and away the most powerful. @@THEPOWEROFBEANZ/videos Well he is since Treasure Planet is an adaptation of Treasure Island. But he's definitely not your typical Disney villain. In fact, he's a morally gray one, which is actually rare for Disney animated films to have that kind of antagonist. And we we need more morally gray Disney villains like him, if you ask me.
Hans would have failed regardless. His plan was moronically bad. If Anna and Elsa had died, he would have immediately lost everything. While Anna did leave him in charge, that order would become null and void at the moment of her death. Everyone including Hans would have been sent home and the country would have immediately set about determining the next in line and putting them on the throne. Hans would have no claim to it whatsoever. Even if Hans marries Anna and Elsa either dies or leaves forever, Hans wouldn't be a king. In monarchies, nobody can hold a title higher than the reigning monarch. As the title of king is above the title of queen, you don't become a king if your wife is queen. You become a prince and royal consort. You also have no actual power except maybe some influence over your wife, the queen. So, Hans either kills her or waits for her to die and just like that, he's back at square one. If you are married to a queen and she dies, you immediately lose the titles and what little influence you had. There is literally no way for Hans' plan to work.
I'd argue Hook is too low on this list. In regards to his power, he does have his crew's loyalty (even if it's solely through fear and at risk for mutiny) and his swordsmanship and marksmanship would surely make him more powerful than initially planned
I agree, Hook is too low, definitely should've beat medusa at the very least. As seen in Kingdom Hearts (which wickedbinge acknowledged) he's an adept swordsman with a sharp wit to match. I doubt a lady with alligators for pets is going to outmatch him.
Plus all of that energy! We don't know his age, but he's easily able to fight with a child fairly well. Also, if looking at both movies, Hook has shown that he can be very clever(tricking Peter Pan with a gift from Wendy, tricking Tinkerbell into telling him where the hideout it, tricking Jane into helping him capture the Lost Boys and Peter Pan, etc...). Hook clearly knows how to manipulate others and use them to his advantage, like with Jane, Tinkerbell, and more importantly the Lost Boys, as he cleverly only gives them two options after capturing them in the first movie. They can either walk the plank and presumably drown to death or they can join his crew. He knows that they would most likely choose to join his crew. Overall, I just think that more people should give credit to Hook. Everyone likes to paint him as a weak villain when he's actually a pretty good and entertaining villain. I mean I totally get why he isn't in the top 10 or anything, but I think that he at least deserves to be above Edgar.
@@aworldofhopes7627 Yeah, what's with WickedBinge putting him beneath freaking EDGAR of all Disney villains, an elderly butler whose sole motivation was to get cash from an old lady when she drops. I would've put Hades at least close to Chernabog...Maleficent and the Horned King don't have the ability to decide the fate of souls. Magical powers are one thing, but control over souls is a whole other dimension of power. I was surprised he wasn't at or near the top of this list.
@@Avatar-fc2qi Not close enough in my opinion, though. The length of the list doesn't matter; it's his powers that make me disagree with putting him any lower than 1st or 2nd.
Hades is the god of the underworld but it's theorized that maleficent is the queen of the unseelie court. That puts her on par with gods if not a goddess herself. Now I don't know if she actually has that title but it makes sense in the story.
Few questions... 1. Why is Silver on the list, and Scroops isn't? 2. Where's Shere Khan from Jungle Book? 3. Where's Merlock, form Duck Tales: Treasure of the Lost Lamp? - The guy's amulet, let him turn into whatever animal he wanted! Including mythic things, like a griffin! And if the talisman was put on the lamp, he got as many wishes as he wanted! 4. Where's Tametoa and Te'Ka from Moana?
I honestly think out of all of them you named, shere Khan and scroop probably should have been added the most out of everyone but the others to but he got so much in there so I agree that he should have added a couple of more

Well actually, it’s a known fact that maleficent is the queen of all evil, no villain besides maybe horned king and chernabaug could surpass her. Not to mention jafar as a regular being couldn’t fight maleficent, and as a genie all you needed to do was burn the lamp. So by far he’s powerful, but would never surpass the Queen of all evil. As for the horned king, he’s also Waaaay powerful, even higher than maleficent like this list. If anything, in a fight with horned king and jafar, jafar would probably have a difficult time. And the devil himself, chernabaug is considered one of the darkest and most powerful both in this video and Disney, so I don’t think I need to explain him
If anything, maleficent has always been known as the big bad, the main lead of villains. She just doesn’t need that authority or leadership like jafar did in house of mouse. She’s higher authority than jafar, only ones topping her on that would be chernabaug and horned king, possibly even hades since he’s considered another devil
Do disney secondary villains evil to most evil(not counting sideckicks): Least evil:Kaa(The jungle book) Evil:Duke of easeltown(Frozen) Most evil:Tamatoa(Moana)
@@raven3067 No, because sidekicks help the main villain, and the secondary villains are alones and don't serve other villains. Like Kaa she doesn't help Shere Khan any time, she do the things that she wants. There are many others Disney secondary villains like The Fates(Hercules), That brothers from Tangled, Basically everyone on Alice in Wonderland like Mad hattrr, Taffyta(Wreck it Ralph), Helga Sinclair(Atlantis), Crocodile(Peter Pan), Sabor(Tarzan) they all are not sidekicks. Hope that you get it
Yeah some of the rankings would change to. For example Weak to Powerful Weak: Lady Tremaine Middle: Shere Khan Powerful: Jafar Evil to Most Evil Least Evil: Shere Khan Evil: Gaston Most Evil: Cruella De Vil
I know why it didn't showed up any villain from Moana, because actually there isn't a main villain. There's Te Ka, but it's practically Te Fiti, so i believe it doesn't count. There's Kakamoras, buy they're in group, and they're extremely weak (except for the giant boats), so i think the villain is Tamatoa (not the main, but the villain), sadly, only appears like 6 minutes in the movie, and practically was made just for get a song and be hilarious, but it's very strong.
Imagine if Disney game villains were on the list Xehanort would definitely have been number 1 since he used chernabog as a guard dog in the first game And could warp reality in the 3rd installment of the franchise
I'd actually say Jafar is more powerful than Maleficent. For the first half of the movie he was second only to the sultan in terms of political power, and, if you ask me, the magic powers he got from the genie seemed stronger than Maleficent's, even before Jafar became a genie himself. Also why are Te Ka from Moana and the bad guy from Meet the Robinsons who I'm forgetting the name of not on the list? (I'd say they're both on the more powerful side since the former is a demonic spirit thing and the latter has a time machine)
Fun fact: Hades and Maleficent are naturally higher than any villain, hades just wins over Maleficent by a few miles. And their both made for each other anyways, so in terms of Disney lore, not only are they the most powerful along Chernabog and horned king, but their a couple/ divorced couple
@@pietervorster1386 I'm inclined to agree in that Dolores Umbridge set up totalitarianism in Hogwarts (much to Argus Filch's delight), runs an extreme system of detention (in a sickly pink room decorated with kittens) and has a prejudice against demi-humans. All Tom Riddle/Lord Voldemort did through his Death Eaters was commit a spree of murders.
Idea: Disney series villains: Good to Evil, in which you include only villains from Animated series that belongs in the same timeline with disney movies, like Tangled: the Series
To me Jafar is the most powerful being on the universe. He can bend reality itself, creates object from nothing, grant unimaginable wishes, travels through dimensions and timelines. Genie might be powerful but Jafar wishes to be more powerful that genie himself. He's only weakness that he is being prisoned to the lamp.

John Silver is a hard one for me acknowledge as a villain. He seemed more like a guy who let his dreams get the better of his morality. Plus in the story it seemed like Flint was much more evil.
Well Silver is a villain while also being the main one since Treasure Planet is an adaptation of Treasure Island. But in TP, he's not your average run-of-the-mill villain. He's a morally gray one. We definitely don't get that many morally gray Disney villains very often and that's for sure. He's also considered an anti-hero since he does redeem himself by saving Jim Hawkins' life near the end of the movie. Also, Flint only had about one minute of screentime, so he doesn't qualify for Disney videos like this, unfortunately.
@@chadpeterson5698 Exactly. Unlike Silver, Scroop is nothing but a cruel, bloodthirsty, merciless, heartless, sadistic, selfish, and psychotic monster who's highly incapable of having any second thoughts, is totally irredeemable, has no common sense and completely lacks a conscience, spares almost nobody, has no regards towards anyone nor does he have any regrets whatsoever, and if you ever try to mock, provoke, intimidate, and especially challenge him, he'll slaughter you on the spot, as proven by his first encounter with the movie's hero, Jim Hawkins. And as you mentioned, Scroop successfully murders Mr. Arrow all because of Scroop's own pure hatred towards authority and gets Jim falsely blamed for Arrow's untimely demise, since it was Jim's duty to secure all the lifelines of all the crew members onboard the RLS Legacy during a black hole. Soon after that, Silver finds out about Scroop's despicable deed and does call him out on his senseless act since killing Mr. Arrow had nothing to do with their plan to mutiny. Scroop even went as far as to expose Silver for his affection towards Jim in front of the whole pirate gang to humiliate Silver.
@@1992disney and then when Jim Hawkins shows up on the ship again Scroop wasted no time in trying to kill him again for no reason other than he wants to.
@@chadpeterson5698 Yeah. That too. But remember when they first met after Jim was caught eavesdropping while mopping the deck, Scroop tells Jim to mind his own business and then Jim talks back to Scroop with some name-calling, which irked Scroop so much that he wanted Jim dead almost immediately until Silver came in and stopped Scroop from murdering Jim instantly. So that was part of the reason why Scroop wanted to slaughter Jim when he sneaked back onboard to retrieve the map that was left behind while also having the ship's cannon be disabled. It was also the perfect opportunity for Scroop to kill Jim while no one was watching just like he did to Mr. Arrow. Fortunately, his insanity and lust for blood are what led to his own demise. And he got what he deserved all right.

Well, to give Pete some defense. In Kingdom Hearts he can use the power of darkness to summon and create Heartless. And realy? Maleficent is more powerfull as Hades? Hades is a immortal god. While Maleficent is "only" a powerfull whitch. Sure she can turn into a dragon. But unlike Hades, she can die. One sword was enouth to kill her. Sure a magic sword, but it was not realy big and it kill her while she was a giant dragon. Hades sure fall in his river of souls. But he cant die so sure he will get out one day. And if it comes to henchmen. What has Maleficent? Sure he has a little army of, i dont know, goblins? But Hades has powerfull and giant creatures he can use. Like the Hydra or the Titans. Giant, extremly powerfull creatures that are immortal to and one Titan is powerfull enouth to take down all the gods of the Olymp, exept for Zeus. So, why again Maleficent is higher as Hades? Or the Horn King. Realy? :-D Even he you put over Hades. He only get powerfull with his caldron. Whitout it he has not much power and a army of some barbarians. And he is even more powerfull als Maleficent? I think at the end of the list, you get a little, strange in my eyes. If it comes to Chernabog. Yeah i´m with you here.

Scar didn't have brawns, but he sure had brains! He succeeded on killing Mufasa and getting rid of Simba and becoming King. He had an army of over 100 hyenas and was manipulative to all the Pridelanders
Yeah. He's one of the few villains whose plans actually succeeded.
If there was a Disney Fighting Game Chernabog would be the end boss of the arcade mode
Yeah honestly I would love that
Jafar is my favorite villain! He is powerful, scary, determined and serious. That makes the perfect villain!

I would have put Grandmother Willow as most good
Hans would have failed regardless.

He was the 4th most powerful. That's pretty close to the top, especially on a list this long.

John Silver is a hard one for me acknowledge as a villain. He seemed more like a guy who let his dreams get the better of his morality. Plus in the story it seemed like Flint was much more evil.
Scroop is also more evil than Silver given that he actually kills someone.

It's so irritating how Americans pronounce Basil, saying 'Bay'sil', when the movie itself (great mouse detective) pronounces his name the correct way, 'Ba'sil'
Rango good to evil
Beans as most good
Rango as middle
Mayor tortoise as most evil
Captain Hook defeated Don Carnage on a Sword Fight, he surely would kill with his sword and guns a butler and a lady that can even kill some pets.

What about the Firebird in Fantasia 2000? He was made of complete Lava and Burn down the complete Country! Also you forget to Tell about Dschafars Return and what He did as a Djinni. He arranged that the guards believed that Aladdin has killed the Sultan and they are going to cut off his head.
The Firebird is a sequel villain.
I'd love to see a Disney Sequels Villain weak powerful.
Looney tunes: Good to Evil please
I feel like Robert Callaghan was the best character from big hero 6 and don’t seem him. As a villain all that much
Well, to give Pete some defense.
Realy? :-D
Even he you put over Hades. He only get powerfull with his caldron. Whitout it he has not much power and a army of some barbarians.
And he is even more powerfull als Maleficent? I think at the end of the list, you get a little, strange in my eyes.
If it comes to Chernabog. Yeah i´m with you here.
Can we have Cartoon Network heroes or villains weak to powerful or good to most good/evil to most evil
