I always come back to this track, and when I do, I light up a smoke, sit back and think about all the choices and mistakes I’ve made in my life, the people I’ve wronged, the people I’ve lost, my unhealthy relationship with my father, my childhood friends, some of who have now passed, my exs, my cousins and all. Lockdown 2020 has been a HUGE wake up call for me, a time, to reflect. I dedicate this as well to those that have lost their lives to Covid and mostly I use this song a sombre background as I sincerely apologise to those that I’ve wronged. “My mercy prevails over my wrath”
Bear McCreary was really perfect for this show because he can write gorgeous stuff like this but also the intense crazy stuff for action sequences and such. Great composer.
I hope they use this music again in the finale. Would be a fitting song to end the series with. So powerful and emotional, it shows both the journey and loss of characters both heroes and otherwise. It shows the growth the characters have gone through as the series went on and through the trials they faced.

This life is a test, hardship and sadness mostly is caused by us humans, we need to accept and trust in our Savior Jesus, this is why he was sent. The hardships of life is meant to bring us to our knees, life is not a bowl of cherries, the hardships of life is to bring us closer to God and Jesus is the way to God, the only way. Please read the Gospels and you will know that the gathering of Gods people is the meaning of life. This life on earth will determine how you will spend your eternity.
It’s a difficult decision of course, but he should of done it. Think about it, he wasn’t going to shoot her because he still loves her, but it would be better for her if he did, I cant imagine leaving some one i know in that state for ever.

I want Carl and Abraham back. Im fine with Glenns death just because I know that he would be toast agianst the whisperers and all out war agianst the saviors. I want Rick and Michonne to comeback and have the movies explain how they both get back.
I know it was played in the finale, but I hope they play this piece in The Ones Who Live or maybe even after. I don’t know, I feel like this song just belongs to Rick. After it’s all over, the bloodshed, trying to get back home and finally seeing his Kids once more all grown up, I hope this plays. I would definitely bawl my eyes out if it would.

The desolate ride to Atlanta really shows the desperation of the early parts of the show - Season 1 and 2 - my favourite seasons. There was far more serious acting, rather than focusing on the walker special effects.

I love this, a mix of mercy of the living and a return to compassion. The two best scores of the walking dead.
I couldn't hear it at first but speeding it up to 2x makes it clear that it was thankfully remastered for the finale.

It's a story about a zombie apocalypse and the war and death that followed. If no one died it wouldn't make any sense.
