I prefer the opening of the EDT over the EDP, but the dry down of the EDP is gorgeous and much more longer lasting than the EDT. EDP wins for me!

I got both and the edp at first did not like but then at the store again different attendant told me to smell it and then give it a few minutes. The dry Down is crazy! I like it so much I got the 5oz bottle

I used to wear fragrances when I was younger maybe 20 years ago. Recently I've been getting interested again and I bought the EDT version and I really like it. A lot of fragrances for me are too much and this seems to fit me pretty well. Good video

Smelled the EDP today and love it. Definitely getting this for the hubby for fall. Ps I’m in Florida and I smell the pine note in the dry down.

wow this video popped up to me after I bought burberry hero perfume and I'm in love with it, personally I prefer it more than the EDT. I have tested both fragrances in SEPHORA, they were so kind to make me try both perfumes before buying them.

I was searching for woody fragrance for fall, and I already have many heavy fragrances, so I prefer lighter woody fragrance.

Thank you and thanks for watching! 😊 There are a lot of woody fragrances out there and quite a few good ones, but I do feel there's something unique and beautiful about the woody side of this scent and the way the whole fragrance smells like and I love spraying it on.
The performance is not beast mode but it's perfect for someone don't mind that and who wants a great woody scent with a fresh side to it. 😊
I use it from anything to the gym to formal events and anytime I want something that is woody fresh 😊

I have the edt but I also have azzaro chrome extreme edp and that is really good. I actually wore it yesterday and had an after work diner that was not planned and it got me compliments.
I got a compliment in the gym when wearing the edt! A guy said I smelled ”posh”! I got both so I will layer them supposedly! Great comparison btw!

Is the edt similar to dior homme 2020? I love how edt smells but performance is an issue for me. I’ve heard good things about DH 2020 and it’s woody fresh.
I've never smelled Burberry Hero EDT/EDP but I know that Burberry Her Intense smells great I love Fresh Elegant scents Burberry Edt will be my next purchase, thanks Rotten and Sandra❤️

Just bought the edt very fresh and I can see it can lake of longevity but the smell it is very nice tho 😊I’m good with it

Thanks- this video just made me a subscriber! I love crisp, airy, masculine fragrances and this is just that. Fresh woods, airy clean juniper with a touch of bergamot and pepper. I suppose the overall scent reminds me a bit of a simpler, smoother, far more wearable version of Santal 33. Thanks again for the response and the great content!

is there vanilla in it? because someone said there's vanilla and I wouldn't dare to wear it, i mean I once had Dior sauvage which was too sweet, too vanilla... I ended up using it as an ambient deodorant 🤣
Do you think that edp version has a decent projection and how much does it long? I recently bought the new dsquared wood edt and im extremely disappointed from it's projection.

On my skin it's definitely decent. To me it's above average but nothing crazy strong (beast mode.)
Like everything else performance is subjective and also depends on different things. (actual scent strength, where and how applied, etc)
People usually notice it on me when I do about 6-10 sprays so it's not a weak scent and it's much improved over the EDT which is a bit more intimate.
Some have commented and shared that they get great performance (i.e very strong) but I don't get that. On me it's "solid" but not great 😊
I believe I tried Dsquared wood earlier this year but I focused on the scent and not performance 😊

Hi! I just tried them side by side for a quick test to see if they are a bit similar and yes, there's something that is a (little) bit similar but to my nose they are not super close. Maybe it's the ambery side of both that are a bit similar.
Code though has that sort of aromatic and spicy shine that lasts quite a bit into the dry down and that together with the vanilla makes it so good. And the overall blend has a more less dense feel to it than Burberry hero edp. I don't get that dose of vanilla in Hero EDP.
Hero edp's drydown has a more thick (yet smooth) and dense kind of drydown with the benzoin and that touch of incense together with it's rich woodiness.
That incense and the more dense kind of drydown makes it very different to my nose.
Code profumo feels more nuanced, more "airy" or less dense and I feel it's more exciting and attractive. Hero EDP is a very nice scent as well but different. 😊

The opening of EDT instantly reminds me Rocks from penguin. They both have the greenness. Then they go to their own direction. Rocks is sweeter.
