Meridian here. What you paid for this apartment was really overpriced. Should have been in the $700 range. Hope you found something more affordable and to your liking. Good luck!

How much was your rent?

When we stayed here it was 20,000 Mexican pesos which was just over $1,000 USD at the time we went over price in the second part of this video when we showed the amenities. Prices change pretty frequently here as well as the exchange rate.

Did you have any issues with lizards or scorpions in your apartment?

No I don’t even think we have seen any scorpions 🦂 here but lizards are really common but most places do a good job with pest control where they aren’t really inside or anything. Hopefully that answers your questions.
