We are not too familiar with the rooftop room We just got a standard king size room with balcony may have been a suite. The room accommodations weren’t an issue as much as the feel and vibes around the entire resort. It’s been a couple years now since we have been so hopefully everything is much better and upgraded. I’m saying they have everything you can possibly think of in these malls. You can come get you teeth cleaned, get food, go see a movie, ride go kart and everything else in the same place. This is only one of the malls

What I’m saying is why isn’t both American and Mexican versions on every store name

That’s a great question if we had to guess i would say the ones in English would be American/Canadian stores and the ones in Spanish are local Mexican stores

Hey thanks for watching ❤️ but in Mexico it’s never a guarantee that someone will speak English due to their national language being Spanish, but sometimes you may get lucky. Try to prepare by making sure you have your translation app downloaded and available and that will work wonders for you here. They are very patient and helpful. Hope this helps you out.

@RettazClozet I would say maybe I’m not 100% sure just use a debit/credit card over cash just ti be safe. If they don’t take USD your card will just convert for you to save you a hassle of going to get pesos. Hope this helps

@lenorawilson2326 it’s a couple expat groups in Merida that you can join and when you type in moving in the search bar you will see everybody recommend the same guy David. He takes payment in a variety of ways you would just have to reach out and discuss your situation with him. We work remotely and are in school.
