How do you perform the kickstart? Is it a special setting or do you just press acceleration and brake at the same time and release the brake shrotly afterwards?

If I have that car charged to 100% and go for sporty driving in sport mode out of town (like on the roads you drive on), how long will the battery last?

You can drive a lot more than 100 km with full power. The battery doesn't go down as much in Sport as it does in full electric mode.
