    In addition to shubham sir ,
    If u r selected and you don't have pf account then company check entire Bank statement of your privious company for the complete tenure(specially in MNCs).
    So be ready for that also .

    Ek machine industrial me work Kiya h. Waha pr PF nhi bnata tha, ab new company join krni h. MNC BPO typ company . Waha kya answer kru ??

    Aaj kal freshers jinka gap 2 years ho gya hai, wo hire nhi kr rhi hai, isiliye fake experinnce banwana chahta hu

      Bro my brother had 1.9 years of experience as software developer that company created uan pf .
      He is unemployed from 1.4 year since most of them r asking 3years of experience.
      We r planning buy 1.4 years of fake experience to fill carrier gap one consultancy guy said he will provide pf , salary slip ,bank statement & all bgv support if we pay 25k.
      Will they come to know willl they check pf amount???

    Hi bro I have nearly 2yrs of experience in IT but i don't have pf account now i got two offers i joined one didn't liked it then i joined another one i liked this but i haven't absconded the previous offer yet and also i haven't shared my account details with previous company yet
    My bgv is done in this present company only onboarding process is pending
    I just want to know does it affect me in dual employment case?
    Btw I don't have pf UAN and I have worked 3 days only in my previous company!!
    Please help me out with this

    if hour previous company have pf but currently company wont provide pf so iswhile joining new company do get get problem becz you cant proof experience

    Agar basic 1lakh se jyada hai fir bhi company kya force kar sakti hai Sirf 1800 pf contribute karne ke liye? Mujhe 12% katwana hai Lekin company apna contribution bachane ke liye Sirf 1800 per month kaat rahi hai.

      Basic rule for pf deduction is 12% of basic salary or Rs 1800 whichever is lower.

    Im a fresher and i joined a company In my company they won't provide uan pf account but they provided (offer letter, salary pay slip, reliving letter, experience letter as well) after 2 years experience can i change company without uan and pf account?

    Ek sole proprietorship business hai jo msme registered hai,gst registered hai ... 4 karigar hain or ek store supervisor hai... salary 10k se kam hai, pf nahi hai bus itna hi cash me milta hai...kya iska store supervisor ka experience certificate ka use main kahi govt job me kar skta hu kya???

    Sir first I have worked in non IT there my pf account as been created after that I'm switching to IT will be any problem in pf account

      If your CTC is below 5 then it is not mandatory
      You simply tell them my salary is not taxable that's why form 16 is not generated

      @@TON-ff4vuhello, i have a query that i have a PF in my previous organisation but in current company I don’t have why because they didn’t mention my UAN number to the concern person due to they are in maternity leave. I have seen after one month and replied them back that my PF is not deducting please help. They said now we can’t do for next year we will do but one condition is there that is once we run the PF again you will get new joining letter and two reliving letters like that they said. Now am in confusion what will be the right action before proceeding to their condition? Can you please help with your
