Hi, I have th475 what is the easiest way to get the parking brake assembly off with out wrecking the trans? Also awesome videos, very educational, especially all the tips which I find to the most informative. With those tips it helps us budget racers enjoy motorsports that we love.
First off I love the videos. I appreciate the effort you put into each one. Just one small complaint. I find that just your channel I always have to max out the volume to hear ya good. I know 40 years of race cars and machinery along with my love of shooting long before political correctness would have you burned at the stake for not having ear plugs has diminished my hearing. But it seems your videos are the only ones that I max the volume before I hit play. Is this just me or are others having the same issue? Would love to see you build the old trucks. Hopefully you plan to do videos on them as well?
Sorry to hear that, no pun intended. When I play back me and other videos I seldom move the volume control, and once I was told I was too loud?? Please keep watching I will try to speak up!

With no core they start around $2200, add shafts and such it goes up from there.

So far the ones I have torn down just unbolted without any drama.

What is the main differences in 400 and 475
Don't ask any questions about anything you would not like the reply but it's just straight cut gears witch are strong and make noise.

Yes it has straight cut planetary sets, 6 clutch Direct, 8 bolt case.
Good transmissions to find, just need to get rid of the rest of the Motorhome!
