  • This is part 2 of my new tablesaw setup. This video is only showing how to assemble the Axminster Craft Tablesaw & not how to adjust it for accurate cuts. I will be making another video on how to adjust the saw for accurate cuts.

Well done for flipping around 130kg of tablesaw by yourself!
    I found an easier way.
Having assembled my saw and base, I strolled across the road to the village pub and enlisted the help of two strong young men, who, on the promise of a free pint, were delighted to flip my saw 🙂.

You must be super chuffed with this for the money Dave, looks great, quite a beast 👍.
Good assembly detail, which will help others, looking forward to the next one 😁😁.

Love it & I've not even made any cuts on it yet. Would never have paid the original £700+ though but we'll happy at £404 although that doesn't include cabinet stand or mobile base.

Looks like a great saw. I'm not jealous at all 😬 As you say, it's expensive at full price though, otherwise I'd love something like this. I'll be sticking with my "Frankenstein" table saw for now, and further modifying it until I'm happy... Then buy a new one 😂

Yeah I would never pay £729 but £404 isn't bad for what it is. Not used it yet as havnt got round to checking for accuracy. Been busy with other jobs around the house. First impressions are good. Thanks for watching & commenting

Thanks for showing this Dave. I'm happy with my own saw just now but it's really useful to be able to see and compare saws in so much detail. Cheers, Ben.

Thank you for posting this. I have the same saw on order, so this will be a great help to me when mine arrives!
And, of course, I'll be watching your set-up video with interest!

Looks great,I like the dust extraction setup, way better than my hafco 12 inch saw, is it direct drive or belt drive? Looking forward to your dial in adjustments video cheers Dave 👍👍👍

Yeah the dust extraction is supposed to be quite good if paired with a capable extractor. This saw requires 850m3/hr & my extractor is 950m3/hr. I believe its direct drive.

@@GrumpysWorkshop4 sounds good, my dust extractor is 500cfm, my hafco is belt drive,3hp motor, but I only run my dust extractor on 1 machine at a time cheers mate 👍👍
