I actually have a video on sensory vs. motor symptoms that I think you'll find helpful! You can find it here: th-cam.com/video/APzX-e12Om0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=y32UgMl7pL-JxdX9

Thank you. Great information. The time and info is good for me to continue to have outside of a pt session to address things beyond a PTCS session or a clinical visit. Thank you.

I struggle so much with motivation to exercise, I have AuDHD and I can be fired up for a day or two to do it but after that I always talk myself into dropping it.

You're definitely not alone in that challenge! Discipline can be hard to create.

When I'm alone I can't walk as if my legs are stuck to the floor in my opinion It's psychological way to help myself at that moment and when someone is with me I move really well That occurred to me this month

    Thank you so much!
Do you have any videos specifically for perimenopausal women?
Soo many videos out there on how women need to lift and be lifting heavy.
Honestly (and im not being negative just realistic) I don't know if I will ever be able. Im quite freaked actually because it's inevitable. Im 46 and in peri.
    Thanks in advance

I do not. Perimenopause/menopause adds a lot more complexity to determining what symptom is from MS vs. menopause. But, I have had guest speakers come into my online program, The MSing Link, to discuss this! It's not my area of expertise, but I am hoping to have a podcast episode w/ a specialista available soon!
