Dr. Gretchen thank you so much for your informative video. The part about the weights is so true. Every time my PT makes me use heavy weights I am so sore and in pain that I can't continue with exercises. Have to take pain killers. I am so glad u spoke about this. A relief that you understand 🙆.
❤thank you Dr Gretchen...I have really bad foot drop like Selma Blair it's the dragging of the toes and having them bounce along the ground .I'm getting a rollator for the winter in CA and the spasticity gets tiring and it feels like I'm ready to trip as I start to tire out

Moreover I have one request for you could you please suggest , recommend the best diet for us . Which foods are good and healthy for us. Which ones should we avoid the most. You are so welcome! In regard to diet/nutrition, I do not typically give recommendations outside of incorporating anti-inflammatory foods into your food routine since this is not my area of expertise & everyone is different.

مرحبا سيدتي انا مشتركه جديدة اعاني من صعوبه المشي وارهاق لوقد وصف لي الطبيب السترويدات ولكن لم يتحسن المشي وقد لاحظت انه بعد اخذ السترويدات زاد لدي الارهاق وضعفت حركتي اكثر الان الشهر الرابع لايوجد ثقل في اقدامي ولكني امشي بترنح. مع ارتجاف في الرقبة والاكتاف هل ممكن الرياضه والعلاج الطبيعي في المنزل من خلال الفيديوهات يساعدني علا تعديل مشيتي

Dr Gretchen your exercises are great. I can move very well. But I can't go to the office right away
