Birla ji, i am using ciaz vdi+ for last 5.5 yrs and driven 1 lakh kms ODO. Very nice car with 24 + mileage, no tiredness driving 1400 kms in 23 hours from cimbatore to goa. Maruti could only improve on body strengh. Rest 99% best car for everyone who loves driving.

Konjam honest review koduthirukalaam .. I am using ciaz Alpha petrol and its 2019 model.
Advantage nu paartha, as like everyone said, excellent leg room space, excellent boot space and decent mileage.
But negative nu paartha,
Pick up suthama nalla illa. Most of the situations la over take edukalaama venama nu confusion aagum..
Suspension worst. Too bumpy even at small potholes. It is really highly disappointing. Ciaz test drive pandrathuku mannadi Honda Amaze drive panni paarunga. Seriously you never consider ciaz.
Seat smooth ah illa. Go and check Honda Amaze seat. It is soft and smooth both. But ciaz seat is like katta vandi. Am really sorry to say this.
Breaking efficiency is not good. Comparing with i10 or Verna, ciaz has worst breaking efficiency. Most of the time it won’t apply sharp.
Highways la car smooth ah iruku. But normal road la, you will seriously disappoint with ciaz.
Infotainment system, after 4 years, all buttons went non working state.
Front windshield, rainy days la, night time la drive pannum bothu, road enga irukune theriyathu. Maruthi has to give better windshields.
Currently I covered 44000 kms, now service centre people in Tirupur Nexa says, I have to change suspension as suspension were damaged due to oil leakage and it costs 39000 INR.
Really disappointed with Ciaz. 😢

Hi bro have seen many videos by you..... you are doing a great work and helping many people out there!! Recently saw ur video driving creta and explaining on how to shift gears within RPM limit to achieve great mileage.... can you please do a similar video with a turbocharged engine like skoda rapid or kushaq, volkswagen vento or polo so that it'll be useful for the car buyers to consider naturally aspirated engines vs turbocharged engines.
Yealry 25k for maintenance ah... Too much da dae... Even verna cost 12k yearly for maintenance

I guess it's a Fiat sourced diesel engine (work horse) as Suzuki doesn't have diesel engine in their lineup

Aana ore oru small ditcha kuduthar marathula avlothaan paathi car appalam madhiri aayiruchu. He came out with less injuries but he was shocked with damage level at such a slow speed. Insurance potu apdiye thalli vitutaar 5 lakhs ku. Better buy Honda city at same price.

Every 20000 km , have to change brake pad, then liner, link rod, service maintenance is very costly, ground clearance is very low wen we have laguguge, within 70000km stering damper problems will come, all these I faced in this car, now my car covered 1, 20000 km, still good car
My SWEFT DZIRE 2015 km 560000 now good condition good mileage
Ciaz is very underrated model
It's very spacious best model compared city & Verna
It's value for money model
Disel mileage also very good above 22kms

Ciaz best in terms of cabin space and leg room even for 6 footers. Our Zxi variant is going good for 89k kilometers. Only problem is due to very soft suspension setup, car is easy to wobble and as usual general build quality of maruti to be improved.
Bought a Ciaz (Petrol Zeta Automatic smart Hybrid) in Jan 2022 and very happy after 5000 km (22 kmpl on highway) Calm serene and quiet cabin experience with comfortable suspension smoothing out bumps and potholes.Also owning a Wagon R-Jan 2021 (ZxI -AT) 22 Kmpl on highway. Maruti has changed lot since my using M800 (1986) went through 2 Fords over last 15 years, and now has come back to Suzuki CIAZ. Very Happy with Nexa Trivandrum Service for CIAZ.

Hi, it’s comes with Starter & generater. System comes with 12v battery for starting and 48v battery for torque addition. This helps vehicle acceleration and mileage . While using break, generater will charge batteries
I also have both ciaz and wagonr but steering is very tight when compared with wagonr.

usage review
My advice is to change all the bushes in the drive shaft , suspension and engine beds after certain period. So we wont get steering wheel tightness and clutch issues in short term.

sir first time i am seeing the car review giving after 70k kms. congratulation. after seeing this review am eager to buy ciaz
Sir I have a huge complain in Maruti cars. In slow speeds the steering doesn't come back to center position. Please highlight this issue as I didn't realise this when I took test drive of Swift, but I felt it was easier to drive Grand i10 Nios after I drove both cars back to back.
Since most people don't take long test rides as the sales person tells them to roam around in a small road.. they may not notice and repent buying the car.
Im not saying that Maruti cars are bad, they may have positive points which I unfortunately fail to notice 😛its your choice buy what car you want, but know the negatives of your car before it enters your garage..
Is it with the 2021 facelift swift?

1. 2015 ciaz don't have Li ion battery. It's shvs will use the normal car battery only.
2. He said is not using smart hybrid. But ciaz have btn only for auto start on off feature. Shvs will be always enabled. We cannot stop shvs. Shvs will give mileage boost of 1-2kms for sure.
3. He also said because of plastic quality he changed bumper. Recently all cars use fibre bumpers. When there is frontal / rear impact, in call cars we have to change the bumpers.. so that cannot be a drawback.
3. Resale value said is totally wrong. 2015 zdi+ shvs rs ciaz 70k kms it will be around 3-5 lakhs only..
4. You have missed some points like how many time tyre were changed, Every year insurance cost.
Consider as humble suggestions
