Love it, My car club out here in Southern Arizona is about to have our 5th annual Beaters only car show, we do anything 85 or older because that's when the Smog Regs here in Arizona are lifted after 40 years and this is the year 85 model year hits 40 and it has to be a current project/not finished project we also make out own throphies for it out of parts, one of our members runs a boneyard and always donates stuff for it. The Best of Show trophy this years is a timing chain cover from a 72 318 welded to a pushrod sitting in a block 2x4 block and so on. It's actually one of our more popular shows.
Man that is great ! It's unreal 85 was 40 years ago 😮 Sounds like an awesome show and originality, I might get out to Arizona sometime soon and check it out 👍👍
@@myvanlifeadventures We have it on the second Saturday in June every year. That's the first weekend with no graduations and before family vacations generally start so it's the perfect time and it gets people back in cars again because it shows them that you don't have to have 50 grand to have a cool car. I'm been tickering around with a 4 door 62 Ford Falcon for the last several years and I'm going to get it up and running and tagged so I can take it this year.
@@myvanlifeadventures Mines white, had no seats when I got it, Now it has the seats out of 83 Mustang just an FYI the back seats of a fox body Mustang, the early 80's atleast are an almost direct fit.

I saw my daughter's cars front end at the 16:04 mark. Model A or model T I get them mixed up 😆 with her brothers blue 69' truck next to her.
