I'm getting the feeling that you are a little too biased towards the iPhone. You say it won the speed test but it lost against the S21 with loading most of the non-game apps and they were neck and neck in the games, with the iPhone edging that category overall. However, the iPhone lost badly in Ram management which is particularly poor given that the S21 has just come out and hasn't benefitted from all the tweaks to ram management that comes with optimizations, so that is a heavy loss for the iPhone. So overall can't possibly conclude that the iPhone is the winner of this test. Instead, it seems that you gave it to the iPhone because of the benchmark scores. But if you are going to do that, and weigh that far more highly than all else, why bother with the other tests?

It already beat the base Iphone 12, and it's still getting optimized. If you look on their main page, the 4016 score isn't there. This is beacuse it's subjected to improve.

@@sourav7162 Antutu is not an universal app. Which means it's used to compares within iphones and not with android. Apple is light years ahead of the competition.
iPhone always get higher benchmarks, however in real life test, most flagship Android devices are slightly faster, have better ram management and the hardware looks better.
You keep hearing about optimisation but nobody ever complains about top tier windows PC's. Android has overtaken iOS in recent years and is 3 or 4 years behind.
For me Android is king and Samsung is the king of Android and now Google is prioritising the way Android looks, for me Android and Samsung will pull away.

@Benjamin Owuye Jagun It doesn't "blow away all the android phones" its only a little bit faster. Not a huge difference but the s21 ultra just wins in mostly everything. 120hz. Super long battery, huge screen qhd+ res. So many pros, iPhone still stuck at 60hz for 2 years now.

@@sourav7162 App loading time is not the only indicator of performance. Apple's chip is somewhat faster but at this point the CPU performance isn't what's limiting app loading speeds, it's everything else. Their chips are ahead of Qualcomm but that doesn't matter anymore because of how fast phones are in general

At 7:22 the s21 had the app stored in the background, the app didnt reload. It just refreshed your account data because of the background app refresh.

Hahaha! I feel ya. My first smartphone was the iPhone 3GS, and after a while I went to some android phone, then got into Samsung with the S3. Been there through the S8 (although I skipped some models). That’s when I messed up. Swapped my S8 for an iPhone 11. Just ordered an S21 last night. There’s plenty to like about Apple iOS, but the things that annoyed me back in the day are still there, and there’s a few new issues that I never had with android. So, off we go! (Plus Samsung is handing out insane trade-in value for this 11, so yeah...)

I like my S21, but coming from my Oneplus 7 Pro, the vibration motor seems like a real downgrade. Much loader, not as tight, and just feels like a cost cutting measure

To be honest there both a similar speed so I would say that you should get the phone which you personally prefer in any category for example I prefer iOS a little bit over one ui as I like how fluid the software is but I also prefer one ui in the way that it has more features and better customisation
I like my S21 with the 256 gig memory. And the 120 hz is great.

Reason I switched from Samsung to Apple... Software- iPhones last so much longer 5-6 years vs 2 now 3 years for Samsung flagships , iPhones May cost a bit more but it definitely makes sense in the long run.
iphone usually don't downprice as fast as the galaxy because of the support for the software apple gives plus apple has stores all over and they have the best warranty programs and east to access and customer support is fast easy. the reason the iphone is more expensive is very well worth it.
I'm astounded that such a large difference in benchmarks in favor of the iPhone results in about the same user experience.
I think this underlines that benchmarks have flaws. What matters is delivering the user experience, and many devices can do that.

It is the reverse. Apple just got widgets and there are still features that they're missing when it comes to customisation and freedom that Samsung has had for the past 10 years.
The Exynos version has a better CPU clock speed. Maybe try that too?

The Cortex X1 in the Exynos may not be entirely the same as the one in the Snapdragon. The Kryo 680 in the Snapdragon is an X1 but Qualcomm sometimes slightly modifies the cores they rebrand as Kryo so I wouldn't compare the frequency without taking this into account

All benchmarks give the same scores to SD 888 as SD 865 .
While it is clear in all the actual tests that the 888 is more powerful than the 865.
Worst benchmarks give higher scores to A13 compared to 888 🤦🏽♂️

In my humble opinion, the S21 is just a better equipped phone. That 120hz display makes a huge difference. Once you use it, it's tough to go back to 60hz? Plus that ridiculous notch is such an eye sore! And in 2021 64gb's of storage is so outdated just like 🍎's design!
It is only a 50 dollar difference for the 256g model. That's a insane value . Especially when you consider it cost 4 times that amount to go from a 64 to 256g iPhone.

benchmark are more optimized on IOS that's why iphone win, but on AnTuTu the scores are around 500k on the A14 where as the new SD and Exynos chip are over 600k, which means numbers doesn't make the phone fastest than other. its all about real world usage.

Its the Iphone animation which is that the app icon pops out from it's position to full screen that's why samsung seems faster at opening apps, but if you use the app you will come to know that iphone is much much more faster
Definitely iPhone for life, I’ve been a Samsung user for the past 5 years and I regret every single minute of it, Samsung is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Sticking with apple. Btw I’ve had a Samsung S10 for the past two years so it was the best phone at the time not a cheap one.
