    Love tip #2. Also, make sure we get enough sleep, stay hydrated, keep quick snacks (eg. nuts) in my desk, TRY to start and end sessions promptly. All help manage my ADHD sx's.

      Yes, this would be a great topic for a future video or even collaboration. Join a few business focused groups or listen to entrepreneur focused podcasts and you'll definitely make some connections that could be useful. A great podcast with related resources is The Distracted Entrepreneur!
