Love tip #2. Also, make sure we get enough sleep, stay hydrated, keep quick snacks (eg. nuts) in my desk, TRY to start and end sessions promptly. All help manage my ADHD sx's.
It's always helpful to remember that going back to basics is one of the most important things!
