      My dude! I appreciate it, bro! When I was 15 I met a Boys & Girls Club counselor who was from NY, and he grew up in the 80s as a bboy and graffiti writer. He taught me to dance (he's my real-life Mr. Miyagi), and being a bboy was a huge part of my life and kept me out of trouble. The only thing he asked in return was that I teach anyone who wanted to learn it. I don't dance as much as I used to, but I try to use that same mentality here; each one teach one 🙌🏼

    Each one of those display windows tells a story. Wonderfully done and it doesn't matter that they are perfectly scaled or perfectly mapped out as they are in the movie. Our minds extends the illusion of what you have done and fills in the rest. Excellent work.

      Thank you very much! You're totally right. I've had this thing in my head since I was a kid that tells me that things have to be EXACT, haha. This hobby has really taught me to give a little wiggle room for that kind of stuff, and it's freeing.

    I had talked to someone through Ramen Toy , there is a kit you can order for the Michael Keaton 22 inch 1989 Batmobile for adding the Gas Caps, replacing the Canopy, and the Machine Guns . It is $19. 95 or so . I am going to order it. I have the Flash 22 inch Multiverse Batmobile the Canopy is the right color, just don't slant downwards. I saw what you did to your Batmobile, you couldn't have done a better job. I was greatly impressed.

      Thanks so much, Richard, I really appreciate it. Yeah I think that Ramen kit looks excellent. I don't have one myself, of course, but I would definitely be getting one if I hadn't already made the changes. Your batmobile is going to look stellar!

      “Bat-tas-tic”JOB this is Great Ibrahim!!! I’ve been a Bat-fan for over 55yrs. Love the Batman. Comics books taught me how to Read&Draw! I have a Massive Collection of “bat-stuff” at my current Age 67 & still Collecting, DC Multiverse Action Figures by McFarlane Toys as you know have been turning out The Batman Figures from all over His Legendary History, there’s some Complaining about there being to many, but I like it…anyhow keep up the Great WORK!!! @@Ibrahim_M love the display. Every little thing is detailed. have you seen the mezco 1989 Batman? Also do you think there will be a new Nicholson joker? I can only imagine if you have plans for a Gotham diorama

    • @Ibrahim_M
      @Ibrahim_M  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@youtubedeletesmychannels2329 Thanks very much! Yeah the Batman that's in the diorama with the car is the Mezco 89. I really love that figure! I know it's had some QC issues, but aesthetically it's incredible to me. I saw that Filix Toys was supposed to be making a 1/12 Nicholson Joker (they made recent Ledger version that was incredible), so I'm still hoping that happens. My plan is to put it in the cave part of the dio and treat it like a display shelf that is cave-themed, since there's empty space in it with Bruce and Alfred. I've actually got a DeVito Penguin in there now, too (he still needs customizing).

    Do you ever just sit back and take it all in? You have a amazing collection and set up of dioramas I would sit and look for hours on end with some chill music in the background haha. You really outdid yourself making art is something you’re truly amazing at 🙌

    • @Ibrahim_M
      @Ibrahim_M  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you, bro! I try to stop and appreciate it all at least once a day, for real. Sometimes I'll just turn all the LEDs on and stand there looking at the shelves. I do often have to remind myself to appreciate what I've already made instead of seeing all the things that I "still have to do", haha. All this stuff is in my office, and I work all the time, so surrounding myself in stuff that brings me joy and inspiration is really key for me, and it provides really necessary escapism. Man your creativity continues to blow my mind! Batcaves always come of being more advanced projects with the cave structure. I absolutely love your spin on being screen inspired and accommodating everything to your space. It would be real easy to get lost in trying to be exact but picking certain features and expanding from there helps capture the scenery. I appreciate how you save scrap! I get in trouble for doing it but I haven’t been as active in repurposing as you! I appreciate you sharing your hobby. Your work is amazing and not caring to share your tips and supplies is really respectable. Can’t wait for the next!

    I missed out on the 1st preorder… then the second.
    When it showed up on my amazon cart as available a week ago I ordered it without hesitation.
    It arrived yesterday and now I realize I need a batcave to go with it.
    Excellent series. From the customization of the Flash Batmobile to this. Absolutely epic.
    Now… we just need someone to FINALLY make an ecto-1 in 1/12 scale

      Congrats on getting one! It was such a hassle in the beginning when they were released, I’m so glad they’re becoming more available.
      Thank you for checking these out! I hope they were helpful!
      And I have plans to build an Ecto-1 here on the channel! I’ve finally sourced a shell to use as a basis for it (an RC hearse), so that will be something that happens on here eventually. And I’m sure as soon as I start, someone will make an official version, because that’s what always happens for me 😂
      Currently rounding 3rd base on a custom turtle van! Hoping to have part 1 of that build up on here this weekend.

      I think it would stand up to play, but I personally wouldn't recommend it given the price point and the rarity of it (limited run size). If you're looking for a play version, I'd get the Mattel one that I show at the end, or the Mattel 1/10 RC version.
      I don't have a Mattel JL Batman, but I know that figure is a bit smaller than the mezco version, so I think it would fit.

      @@Ibrahim_M totally understand.
      It would be “more easy” if you had the ingredients and materials and even the set up to make the recast molds.
      But even then, it would be quite an endeavour to do.
      And the result may not be matching the expectations of what the person you asked you to do it in the 1st place, had in mind.
      Because if one was used to buying actual injection molded toys and parts, a recast is a step down as it does not deliver the same quality and feel.
      Not that recasts are bad. There are some really good casts for G kits , (Garage Kits) of very intricate sculptures.
      So it’s all about managing expectations, and the costs and effort to make something.

      I'm afraid it's not really enough of a process to document in a video, but I'll explain it here:
      Basically I took a blank body (looks like a little naked human) and out the clothes onto it. Then I painted the blank head and placed it on the body. That's it! Thankfully It was nice and easy compared to most other customs that I make, haha.

    Really cool ! It turned out amazing.
    The lighting inside the vault is a big part of it. If you could somehow get a tiny focused overhead light on the suit, I think it would really sell it.
    Those 2 flat black areas between the pillars maybe you should put a matte painting of the far gantries?
    If you printed out screen grabs, it might really fill in those spaces .

    • @Ibrahim_M
      @Ibrahim_M  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! I thought about the light inside, but the lights in my display would wash it out (it does that to my Bale Bat armory that has built in LEDs on a similar shelf ), so I decided it wasn't worth all the effort and time.
      The matte painting is a good idea! The fun thing about that is that it kinda harkens back to the way they did it in the movie. There's nothing to screengrab because the only angle we see in the movie is the one I included a screenshot of, and there's no black paint that wouldn't look exactly like the boards already look, (unless I can get that really expensive pure black stuff, which is not worth it for this) haha. But I could use the same color bluish-grey to paint the vertical concrete lines to make it look like they're receding into the distance. It wouldn't take too much time either. I think I might do that when I can squeeze it in!

    Always give credit where credit is due, and you sir, deserve it! Your diorama setups look slick, and that work on the McFarlane Batmobile is proper. My son does this with his McFarlane Spawn and Horror movie figures. Although, truthfully they oftentimes get a bit too movie accurate in his setups, lol. Ah, teenagers. Can't say I didn't do something similar. Difference is, figurines from the 90s weren't as visually accurate to whatever they were representing as they are today. So those bloody blades definitely look like they just hacked the Hell out of another figure that's in pieces skewn in front of Jason 😂.

    • @Ibrahim_M
      @Ibrahim_M  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks very much! I really appreciate the kind words. That's so cool that your son is into this stuff; I was much more of a stickler for 100% purity and accuracy when I was younger, too, haha. But yeah, figures are much more believable nowadays, so the feeling of the need for accuracy can be much higher in comparison. Thanks so much for checking out the video!

Just amazing work and so enjoyed watching this. Having my full 1/6 89 bat cave early next year in time for the Jazzinc 89 Batmobile, and now watching this am really looking forward to it. @Ibrahim_M  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks so much, Todd! Wow, I CANNOT wait to see what you end up with! Is that an IC Customs project as well? Now that you mention it, I think your vault was probably a big part of the germ of the idea to build this dio-- I wish I'd realized that at the time of recording, haha. The car was the impetus, but then I had all of the gadgets and I didn't want them to just sit in a closed box. I thought "if I also build the vault, I can display them". I think the reference I found was likely the same stuff that was used to create the file for your 3D printed version. Cheers, my friend!

    If anyone else is thinking about using a platform in their build, I was inspired to look at elevated model train platforms. I'm someone who is envious of people who can create stuff totally from scratch, but if you are looking for a base or even just ideas, that's a possibility. This was the video that made me want to use the kenner computer, but I still can't decide on a platform or chairs yet. I'm hoping to find some kind of leftover plastic grating from something I already own.

      @Ibrahim_M  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks very much. Yeah, I know there are some folks out there who 3D print them, but you'd think the companies who have the license to make this stuff would stop leaving money on the table eventually, lol. McFarlane could make it and sell twice as many Batman figures, because everyone would want a spare for the vault.
