That is going to be very difficult because if the large force needed

I'm doing it at the moment with my provider, 16oz each side on the upper 6 molar using a button attachment on the tooth with my trays in

انا بركب mse مع فيس ماسك قريب ان شاء الله و عندي سؤال لو سمحت دكتورنا
في نهاية العلاج بعد سحب الماكسيلا بالطريقة والزاوية المعتادة،
افكر لو سحبنا من ال skeletal anchorage للاعلى بزاوية 40 تقريبا هل سيحصل anti-clockwise rotation للماكسيلا ويلحقه الفك السفلي مثل مايحصل مع وضعية ال mewing ف يحصل تحسن لمظهر الوجه؟

The shorter side gives a larger moment because of the angle
