    Wow been searching all night for a video that properly explains this concept, I must say I understand properly now 😁😁😁😁😁😁you've gained a new subscriber 👏👌🏾. Please upload more ortho videos, you are honestly the best on TH-cam (I watched a lot of ortho topics on other channels) recharging ortho topics, no one comes close. No one explains this concept like you!!

      Thanks a lot for appreciation. Means a lot. Two more videos from biomechanics are there in continuation.
      Keep on suggesting topics. I'll keep on uploading. :)

    Just one suggestion to please work on voice quality, some other videos I saw were fine. I don't know if it's my system or this video but the voice was too low, hard to hear. Please check.

    dr irfan, i would like to see the x-rays of both of your patients that you used as an example. and by light force you mean 12 niti, and gradually increase the force ? the treatment also takes longer ?

    • @irfansinstituteofclinicalortho
      @irfansinstituteofclinicalortho  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not only wires. Light forces means to measure force and apply optimum force to achieve movements. Tooth movement needs very very light forces. But unintentionally we apply sometimes much much heavier.
      I doubt i have his OPG with me. I'll try to find and share.

    Sir much of the queries are cleared. But one question which I want to ask is in case of loss of alveolar bone. Centre of resistance is shifted apically because of reduced confined area. Does centre of mass remains within centre in this case?

    • @irfansinstituteofclinicalortho
      @irfansinstituteofclinicalortho  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes yumnnah. Center of mass is anatomical that doesn't change even if tooth is extracted and out of mouth

    For a ball to balance on the finger, the finger should be DIRECTLY BELOW centre of mass, as the centre of mass is in the middle core of the ball
