Sharon Thorpe I bought mine at Walmart for $5 :) But that was before the Summer , and they are not available at my store any more. Try online or find some website that sells aqua aerobic noodles.... they are usually better quality
I did find one at Honor Traders for 9.00 (sale) and it is solid core foam...Solid Core Deluxe Foam Pool Swim Noodles - Single Yellow 55 inches Length...I hope this works....I have my own pool and I just LOVE your videos....thank you for helping make me fit
I am in the process of having the manufacturer of the noodle she is using produce this noodle again for the US. Let me know if you would like to purchase.

I use the dumbbells more. I also did the video with weights and noodle. I had trouble with using the noodle. I will continue to practice. 💙💙

No. Belt makes most exercises easier

I got my noodles on Amazon. 4. Pack. Do not get the cheapest bc they fall apart.
