On your hard line radiator hose's, you should have gone over to the bead roller and put a bead 3/4 of an inch from each end. Just like the radiator tip, it will ensure a true seal.

Of the 697 '69 T/A's Pontiac actually made only 32 were made W/ factory A/C. Whether any of the 8 factory original convertibles came W/factory A/C or all 32 were in the 689 hardtops is unknown.

Ever ride in am open top car when it's 90°+ and no clouds? It gets hot really fast. So putting the top up and put the ac on.

All that good work to smooth the firewall just to put some really ugly hose grommets. There has to be a better solution for that.
