What do if your horn doesn’t work

I hate diagnosing fuses that look good but, might be shot. I have a bad habit of just going ahead and replacing all suspect fuses without doing any diagnostics.

What if it’s not the fuse??????

Then it’s probably the relay that’s built into the fuse box. Also if the buttons on the steering wheel do not work if you have them, then it may be a failed clock spring
