You need to rename it to xxx
FlyTech while your making v3.0, add:
Custom background (images and videos)
Versions of BSOD (type 1 for the Win. 1.0 bsod, type 4 for the Win. 3.1 bsod, type 8 for the Win. 2k bsod, type 10 for the XP bsod, type 12 for the Win. Vista Beta 2 bsod, (Win Vista Beta 2 is neon) leaving it to blank will leave it as the Win. 10 bsod)
Max of percantage (0-100)
Change QR Code color (Max of color percentage can be 225)
Rotation (0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 115, 130, 145, 160, 175, 190, 215, 230, 245, 260, 275, 290, 315, 330, 345, 360)
That's it.
Windows 1 actually had no BSOD, 3.1 had the same as Win95 afaik

@@FlyTechVideos Windows 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 did have blue screens, but they were unformatted and looked like garbled messes.
That's not a BSOD though, it's a program error and it would usually continue running

where you input delay (in seconds) the bluescreen opens kind of in the background instead of being in front of every applications for example you input 10 seconds and watch youtube you won't see it

Rename it as cmd and type cmd in run box. But it opens the actual cmd when you type "cmd.exe". So I recommend, backup the victim's cmd on a USB, delete and replace original cmd from System32, and you're gotta go! Nobody can catch you.

Is there a way to make it where it loads in each element slowly after a set delay (not to delay the start of the BSOD, but make it accurate where each element (text block, next block, qr code, emoticon, etc)?

I still don't know what to name this channel (nice channel name) because the BSOD is the thing, r Windows have, and Linux & Mac (Mac is Linux) don't have. Second arguement (sorry 4 my perfect english, but i have 4 (B) from this) is Wine - Can Wine get Linux (if I say Linux, in my mind is Linux and Mac) Resolution and "print" BSOD in Fullscreen... Sorry 4 English and looooooong answer.

I've got a suggestion: You could add a link for the QR code to take you to, for example a URL. Of course, this would only be enabled if you had the QR code showing.

in next update, would you add an experimental mode? (worse than unsafe mode, you cant press f7 to exit, also it restarts the computer after it and the screen freezes for 5 seconds before the bsod)

Hey, love this tool! (Even though I didn't try it, I would like to know HOW it simulates this BSOD to be sure its safe. Im guessing its just a picture displayed but if it modifies anything in the system I would rather not get it heheh)
A suggestion that could maybe be useful in v3.0:
A conversion function, which converts the options from the GUI into command line arguments.
Like if you set background to 0, 255, 0 in the GUI and click a "convert" button you would get
--bg=0,255,0
stuff like that
The command "conversion" tool is already in the latest master branch and will be released with v3.0

@@roland144 yep,i used it (and still use it today) to prank a lot of my friends, and nothing happend to their pc's.
even scanned THE ENTIRE C:\ drive (a.k.a. where windows is installed) and found nothing new.
So it's safe.

When i tried downloading the bluescreen simlator my antii-virus said there is an mallware infection on the download soo i turned it off and downloaded it its not working everytime is outo cancels the download.
Just tried this. As soon i shut down my pc. I got real blue screen with error code Page fault in nonpaged area.

In Sim v3.1, the Windows 7 BSOD is off-centered for my 16:10 (1680x1050) screen and with the Windows 10 BSOD, the rainbow background doesn't work.
For the things I want in the next updates, I want:
-Change the numeral range between the random delay for an increase in the Windows 10 percentage.
-Also, change the range in which the percentage can increase.
-Add Custom QR codes.

Getting an error when generating Win10 BSOD (exe). The error message mentions not being able to find an assembly (QRCoder) in addition to more error messages.
Edit: This error appears when running the generated exe.
When i dowloaded it It showed me a messeage saying unwanted app detected
rename it as cmd and replace it with the cmd in system32
then type cmd in the run box
Make sure to make backup of your cmd.exe

When I click Generate EXE/Cmd it says Error opening the IExpress Self Extraction Directive file, when I click ok it says your exe-file has been created but i cant find it
Go to the github repository and create an issue with the exact steps to recreate and the exact locations where you looked after the generated file

Leave it blank, then it will be the default which is the Win 10 color

When I type in "BluescreenSimulatorV3.1.0.exe" it does not work - I get an error message that it can not find it (I am using version 3.1.0).
Please make a video for the latest version.
you need to type the command in the folder where the bluescreen simulator file is
example: if its in the desktop type the command cd "C:\Users\User\Desktop\" and then type the bluescreensimulator command
But if I'll leave this blank, this will be normal BSoD?

Run iexpress as admin, or just get the newest sim version where you can generate an exe with the click of a button
