how much led can we connect to each emitter of the transistor ,how long can we extend the wire so that there would be no attenuation loss, and how much voltage the emitter gives?

And when I am putting the third LED wire in the water the wire which is connected to the 3transistor base .. it is affecting the perivous two LEDs two

Also, to understand the collector, base & emitter of a transistor simply place the flat side of the transistor facing you and the 1st pin will be the 'collector', 2nd pin will be the 'base', and 3rd pin will be the 'emitter.'

Yes but for short interval of time and not conduct electricity properly,LED will slightly brightens and then circuit will conduct more current.. i have tried it many times but i m confused for the resistance used .
