Just before the busiest period of the year in cycling, Mieke found some time to go for a 'coffee ride' with Marijn de Vries. They met up at Kris Boeckmans' Café Fringale, went for a bike ride and then talked about women's cycling and the future whilst enjoying a the best coffee in the world and some pie.

As far as women being paid as much as men - you can look at World's or Olympics where medals are given out. Both Men and Women receive a gold medal for winning and NOT that men win a gold medal and women who win get a bronze medal. So both should get equal pay in other sporting areas.
