你倆介紹十分貼地又細心，可以俾香港人更了解環境，香港人住flats好過住house，盡量避免被人入屋爆竊，我識得嘅華人不論住邊個鎮，個個屋企有被爆竊過，有啲入屋三次，手法專業，二樓咁高屋與屋之間側邊細窗照擒上去拆窗膠邊入屋，佢哋係由屋側邊木門入花園，有啲打爛地下花園玻璃門，廚房窗，廚房門又係膠門拆膠邊入屋，拆厠所浴缸下塊膠板，天花loft，反轉屋內所有櫃物品盜取財物！屋企要任何時間都要有人在，有車在，不能全家出街，俾佢哋知道間屋定時冇人就會進行入屋爆竊！冬季犯案最多，日短夜長，間間屋關上門窗，外面天黑黑街燈暗，根本聽唔到隔離屋俾人爆！

Really depends which borough you live in otherwise there are shit places. Look at Millbrook Park in Mill Hill, lots of new flats being built (zone 4). Not cheap but nice area.

Well filming! Harrow is a Good School area, $330k brand new flat, walk to train station, 15 mins to Euston Station. How else do people want? I am sure they can introduce something closer but will be a lot more expensive! Most of the good state schools are not in zone 1, 2 and 3 anyway.

If the building is more than 18m in height the external surface of the wall should at least satisfied an A2 Classification. B classification is ok for building less than 18m in height. Before approving a mortgage application, many mortgage Lenders now would request EWS1 form to confirm the external surface wall built up are satisfied the building regulations requirements. An EWS1 form is required a Chartered Fire Engineer to sign off.
