Historic rallyes started to be open to traffic here on 2015 I think, for me this is bad because was a cheap way to enjoy cars without having to join racing federations and such

Researchers should investigate why after a crash the driver feels the need to drive even more recklessly. Is it to prove you're not an idiot after all? Is it to run away from those who saw you fail as quickly as possible?

Its a rally... They are in a contest. Crashes are "normal" and insured by the event. Any damage caused by the rally is paid for.
