Danielle Driving the 1940 Willy's Coupe for the First Time. L88 4 speed with 4.56 gears.

Danielle and I got the pleasure of using this original 1940's Steel body Willy's coupe for the show. She hasn't driven many standard transmissions in a while and this was a wild hot rod to drive to boot. This Willy's has a L88 V8 under the hood mated to a 4 speed manual transmission. The rear gears are 4.56 for drag racing, which certainly adds to the excitement of driving it. It is still a project car, but it sure is a fun car to drive.
Unfortunately, the gopros did not want to stick to the round body externally. I managed to get them set up inside. I got some great pedal pumping shots, shifting shots and capturing the fun of driving a hot rod for the first time. Sorry, but no barefeet driving for this video, she said she needed to wear flats in order to drive this car.

She’s also extremely confident with pedals and shifter i notice in the video! And she’s no afraid of pushing the gas pedal….Hope to see more of her driving manual cars!!!

She is getting much better with stick shift cars. I am sure I will get a video of her driving more stick cars in the future.

@@zerocool82x it will have to be next year as up here in the northeast it has gotten way to cold for sandal weather. But as people seem to want to request sandals and high heels I will ask the models to wear those.

Thats not a mazda miata, I think im in the right gear. Thats a Beast, L88 with 4.56 gears. Better have you head screwed on tight driving that thing.
