Watch starting at 3:27. The chrome Mustang letters on trunk lid remind me of Marty Feldman's eyes. Every which way but straight. The best restorations are based on details, details, details.
Oh to have a K-code! That is one regret I have in life. I have a souped-up C-code. Probably as much HP now but not factory and not as cool. Great video!
That car was repainted. The original Ford 'Lime Gold' was a bit lighter. Look at the fender edge at 2:11, and the difference is evident. btw, Ford made 110 thousand Mustangs in Lime Gold from '67-'69, so it was a very popular color!

Am I seeing things, or does the passenger side exhaust have a header and the driver side exhaust have a exhaust manifold?

Yep, that's a repainted car. Thanks for the info on the production numbers!
340 pounds of torque? From a 289? He just saying whatever is on the paper he read. Larger 590 cfm? It made 312 pot.
That plant is now a shopping mall. The "Great Mall" in Milpitas, and its massive.
Love that color! Looks great with the white top and white stripe. Totally looks like it came from 1967.
