this is the #1 reason why i refuse to arm wrestle.
This won't happen to regular ordinary people arm wrestling
I've seen 2 breaks like this in person and it almost all breaks happens to novices. The guy didn't know what he was doing and Larry didn't know enough to make sure he didn't hurt the kid
I stopped doing it myself. It's fun in the moment, until something breaks. Heck no
just gotta train; build strength and develop and hone technique . . . and like all other athletes, amateur or pro, explore your limits . . . 👀
#2 for me, #1 is because I’m not an arm wrestler
Larry Wheels has been part of some brutal injuries as a spotter. It's almost like a curse!
If I'm training with Larry Wheels I'm going max 70% on anything
@@maximalsakerhet7930 That wont matter something will fall or it will be something else.
Has nothing to do with Larry as a person or his luck. Has everything to do with his niche which is hitting personal records aka pushing yourself to your limits. Ppl who go on larry’s channel are trying to impress him by keeping up with him but Larry is a .001% freak
Stop it you're not doing anything good here
At what point is it not a "curse" but there is something actually there as a reason behind it? As one of the guys who already commented said, people on his channel try to impress him. Also as far as this injury, idk about him as a teacher for armwrestling
Respect to Larry's sparring partner for continuing the match even with those multiple arm breaks 👍
Next 🚑
He did what?
@@ProxCQ it's a joke about the replay
@@earthphoenix7068 Thanks 👍
lol they aren't sparring.
I am an armwrestling enthusiast and this was an amazing analysis. Thanks
Be safe! I had no idea it could be this brutal. I only arm wrestle with my mother (both women with 17 yr age difference) just to see if I am finally stronger than her. It has grown as a sport the last 5 yrs or so. A lot of people are in to it now.
@@Kikibrat2I mean, you should be stronger
@@cloppin Im not though. That’s what pisses me off. We do the same workouts so I don’t get it. Maybe it’s like “Dad Strength”. Idfk 🤣
As someone who follows the sport closely and armwrestles on a casual level I can tell you that man was on an armbreak position 101. Can't really blame Larry or anybody really because it happened in the matter of literal seconds but thats exactly why you usually want to know textbook technique before going hard on practice. Armwrestling contrary to popular belief is a fairly safe sport once you get the basics down but it also takes a lot of time to get used to because of the pressure it puts on the connective tissue.
Edit: After revisiting the video and reading some of the replies I agree that Larry was at fault for the arm break. He did surge when his opponent was on a vulnerable position when it was not needed; in a situation like that it's preferable to just letting the new guy pin you or reset the pull altogether. Although it wasn't intentional, Larry should be held accountable for the incident.
Where can I learn basic techniques to avoid injury? Friends always want to arm wrestle but I avoid it for this reason
@@Flayed221watch some videos about safe armwrestling, I am sure voice of armwrestling has that topic covered.
Avoiding armbreaks has a lot to do with your shoulder placement, if you know what causes armbreak and you armwrestler in certain techique that avoids pressures on your humerous than you can be nearly 98% safe from those nasty humerous bone breaks
Of course it is not only on you but also on your opponent to use proper techique to finish you off. For example trying to press opponents hand to the middle of the side is extremly dangerous because you are not opening up his biceps but you are opening up his arm side ways, so always press in the direction of your chest
If i could give you some basic tips it would be:
1. Watch your hand, this is important so that you can move your body with your hand, dont just look away and try to power through
2. Move your body, not just your arm
3. Nearly all of armbreaks happenes because of 1. shoulder placement 2. because your arm is getting oppened up while your shoulder is still trying to push, that twists your elbow and causes your bone to basically snap like a celery. ALWAYS follow your arm with your using ( right arm right shoulder) shoulder and always set up both of your shoulders squared, never start with one of your shoulder behind (to better imagine, this happenes when your are using stupid "street" rules and put your arm behind your back, never do that)
4. You have 3 main moves in armwrestling
Toproll
Hook
Press
Hook and press require a bit of techiqual knowladge and developed elbow integrity to use so if you want the safest techique use toproll(watch turtoriall to understand)
Many of the noobs try to press and this is the move that broke so many arms cuz you need to be carefull with it
Idk how to explain it better with text, just watch some videos you will quickly understand
Armwrestling is very fun, dont shy away from it, just be carefull and know your shit and you will be safe
The worst it can happen if you are doing all corect is muscle or tendon tear witch is very unlikely to happen when you are just a begginer cuz strenghts ofan amateur are usually no where near the required power to tear a tendon
Actually you can blame Larry. It’s not like they were competing. It’s just like a personal trainer is liable if someone gets hurt when you are showing them how to lift and if it’s taught wrong it’s on you not the client.
@@Nobody-bq7plso he sued Larry?
Actually Larry tugged on him while he was in that position. Shouldn’t have done that. Should have stopped the guy or gave him more rope instead of holding him center then pulling on him.
Dr. Brian didn’t play the audio, but the break sounded horrific.
They always sound nasty af. Imagine the pain
Damn you, your comment made me curious to hear it myself and holy balls the pop was absolutely sickening 🤢
@@NateO123 Yeah it’s like celery cracking …..lol.
lmao @@jbeechuk
The reaction from everyone in the clip suggests as much. They are all flipping out.
Never heard of the humerus breaking like this. Thanks Dr. S!
Thank you for the clear explanation Dr.
He turned away from his hand as Larry applied some pressure. On top of that he was already in a scary position for a newbie. Like a high hook almost. I'm actually surprised Larry decided to pull there. Adam and Larry are experienced enough to not let this happen.
Clearly Larry is not experienced enough. He did a surge of side pressure and pulled right through a noob who was in a dangerous position. Totally avoidable, careless, and frankly stupid.
@@wristwrestling How many people have injured themselves training with Larry now?
@BigO161107 Overall? Like a dozen but most weren't in armwrestling and those weren't his fault. People just feel pressured to keep up with him lifting, so they get hurt
@@wristwrestling It's not Larrys fault he broke his arm.
Larry isnt that experienced in armwrestling to know how easy an arm can break.
The guy is using zero muscle in this clip, its a "bone lock".
The other guy that told larry to pull back is more responsible in my opinion, he should have been more observant of the position his arm was in before he told larry to pull back.
In any case, an arm break is a risk youre willing to take when you armwrestle, it can happen to anyone.
I armwrestle in a local club and i pay a membership fee, and there is a sport insurance included with that membership.
I would highly advice everyone to get one if youre practicing any physical sport as injuries tend to happen.
@BigO161107 Larry has been pulling for 4 years, he should know better. Btw, I am an armwrestler and have practiced with a club for years, so you don't need to tell me how it works 😐
Thanks for explaining this!
Great channel. Love the breakdown and simple way to understand.
Anybody that trains with Larry at this point knows what they're getting into. Dude goes through training partners like old socks
The curse is strong with this one
RIP BTC
As someone who fractured his humerus doing this exact same thing 2 years ago, I should add that the way the bone breaks, it quite probably damages the nerves that are really close to the humerus and go along with it. In my case I almost cut my radial nerve completely because the bone basically turns into 2 spear heads, but I was lucky I didn't and could recover from a partial paralysis, which I can assure you it's way worse that recovering from the fracture, because in the end the plate and the screws do a great work when fixing the bone. I took my 6 full months to regain full mobility and now I'm doing fantastic. I wish Larry's opponent the best recovery possible!
How are you doing right now i had the same injury, but in my case the bone cut my radial nerve completely. I got my hand working in 2 months almost completely. Its been 6 months the only problem that i have is that i cant extend my arm.My question is how are you doing right now and are you able to do sports like boxing...
@@vuk1261 What?! Really? My doctors told me that my nerve wasn't fully cut but I regained full mobility after 6 or 7 months. By that time my bone was feeling alright and I started lifting really small weights while doing mobility stuff. Right now I could probably do boxing at max intensity but not without risking my arm again, so that depends if it's very important to you. I hope this helped.
Same here
Nice to see you my friend Brian Surundurer
Arm Wrestling is a SAFE sport. This shows what not to do. People shouldn't veer away from the sport they should enter it with more knowledge of the potential dangers and be open to instructions and proper form before applying a lot of pressure. If he had listened to what I said when I told him to pull back, coulda been prevented.
What
100%
Are you guy in the video? You can tell you could see this coming when you try to help him from hurting himself huh
@@aspoonfulofslurry he told him to pull back dude didnt listen not his problem.
Yes Gabriel is the white guy with glasses in the video. He's a young stud arm wrestler learning from Allen Fisher, at least sometimes I've seen from his videos being trained. One thing if you watch in slow motion you can see Larry apply pressure right before the break happens, in my opinion Larry shouldn't have done that while the newbie was in that position. People can say Larry doesn't know any better but he should after 4 years of pulling! I've been pulling 2 years and would have just let the guy pin me if I was in Larry's position and then corrected what he was doing, tell him to stop pushing. I realize that technically no one did anything wrong but as an arm wrestler myself I feel like you gotta protect new pullers from hurting themselves. Just my opinion.
Best on the internet PERIOD!!!! Thanks Mr. Sutterer. Man I would chop off a body part to have you for my Physician.
So this is why I've always seen arm wrestlers say you should practice with a much more experienced individual. Like Devon with the people he pulls in practice. Never pushes them just lets them gas out or gives them the pin unless he knows they can handle whatever amount of effort he will put in.
Very unfortunate injury.
Good video. Though I’m kind of sad you didn’t go into the recovery process for the (most likely) spiral fracture that happened.
He is too lazy. he wanted the vide out as fast as he could for people searching for this
Happened to me in 2008, metal plate on my left humerus and 13 screws. Was ok about a month after surgery. Took a couple years to get the arm back to 95%. Can still feel it if I'm working out hard. I dont think itll ever be 100%, it just feels a little off.
Haven't arm wrestled since the break and never will again.
@@nelsondlnonly 95% after a few years of recovery?
Amazing explanation.
They should have stopped and restarted when the guy went into an armbreak position. Trying to teach him the correct technique without stopping and showing what he’s doing wrong was irresponsible on adam and larry’s part.
Yea Larry should have pulled his arm off his body cause he wanted too probably
For real. Adam is usually really good about warning people. I think it happened so fast and he probably wasn’t expecting Larry to surge.
Larry was looking at his own hand and arm and wasn’t even paying attention to the other guy’s position.
Always a source of good news
Dr your analysis in on point, I'm not a arm wrestlers but i casually used to arm wrestle for fun.. Thankfully didnt happen any of this to me... but since i learned 1 year ago that arm break can happen, i never arm wrestle anymore
because it's not worth the risk, i do not train for arm wrestling and probably won't.. so not worth it for me... hope the guy is fine, it was kind of larry's fault but it happened, soo yea... hopefully he recovers
dont know nothing about armwrestling found the video very informative thanks doc
3:12 yoooo i never understood how arms pop when arm wrestling until you explained it like this! Makes so much more sense visually 😂😂😂 thanks man!
thats why you never encourage someone to hook. Its actually really hard to accomplish against stronger arm wrestlers. they should have helped him learn how to top roll and pull back.
this is why i will never arm wrestle anyone after i saw the first arm wrestle arm break when i was a kid i told myself i will never let that happen to me lol
You just got to learn the proper technique and train specifically for it. But if you’re not willing to do that then yeah dont do it.
🤓
well, u could also train to make sure that never happens to you, and just armwrestle people ur own size..
Literally a 5 min video about how not to break your arm is all you need
And you will never break your arm.
@@Nobody-fz2tz I don't think there was anything that could of saved that kids arm, a horrible, but important thing he learned is that he isn't exactly built to armwrestle
Thanks!
I’m surprised that it broke when it did cause we usually see this break when the person’s arm is closer to being pinned. I was surprised it broke when his arm was still perpendicular with the table. Obviously Dr. Sutterer explains it perfectly but it just seemed like a strange moment for it to break given what we’ve seen with other arm wrestling injuries.
The guy was a novice just practicing.
Its common sense. If you are arm wrestling your little brother or son you don't snatch his arm backwards when he is trying to pin you. You just hold him and let him try to pin you tell he gives up
Reply
Yes but Larry isn't very smart
Also gotta keep in mind Larrys 10% effort in armwrestling probably is average dudes 60%-80%, so even if hes going easier he might not realize hes still going too hard on a newbie.
@@cicatrace Right. Larry is a goof ball and his ego said to start and try to pin him for Larry's sake instead of giving the new guy the go forward to practice.
@@cicatrace He is. He is just around powerhouses all the time and forgets what normal people are like.
Larry went full ego mode and destroyed this kids arm for a few clicks
Great video
“Table Monkeys” did a in depth analysis from a Arm Wrestling pov
That’s Larry’s bad really. The guy is clearly a novice and Larry should have been watching his positioning for him and coaching him rather than putting in side pressure.
More videos about armwrestling please.
Keep your shoulders square with the table and don’t let your hand go past your shoulder.
The dude put himself in the arm break position and as soon as Larry put some pressure, pop! Even if Larry hadn’t added pressure, the dude probably would have ended up breaking it himself. He was in a terrible position.
A very good breakdown Doc!
Having the video rewind every time hurts my brain :D It's like STOOPPP he's hurt 😅
That was painful to watch
3:49 I think what he actually wanted so say was "Be very careful when you train around Larry Wheels"
I remember arm wrestling all the time as a kid and it was always a simple internal rotation of the shoulder. These competitive arm wrestlers institute a whole twisting motion of the forearm and twisting the opponents wrist you are bound to have some sort of injury if you don’t do this shit consistently enough I feel like.
Using just internal rotation is worse. This is why it's the new guys that usually break their arm.
@@beemrmem3 Exactly its the dumb buffoons who think ohhh side pressure and internal rotation only.
Hate to break it to you bud
But it is exactly the opposite!! Never armwrestle using your shoulder rotation! Use your body and move with your arm.
Using simple shoulder rotation can quickly twist your elbow and your humerous with it and that is the exact reason why humerous breaks in the first place
It is extremly rare to see armbreak in profesional competitive armwrestling
If you armwrestler using correct techique and you know what to avoid you can be sure you are not gonna break your arm
@@xxminecraftpvpproxx2408 Thank you. Was just about to reply the same thing. I've been pulling since 2015. People talking about rotating through their humerus to "push the opponent's arm down" while their torso remains upright, makes me cringe.
Ideally: for right handed match....you are squared up to the table, elbow down, hand out in front of you ready to grip up with opponent...hand set up to be lined up with your right shoulder or hand set up toward the inside of your body(to the left of being straight in line with the right shoulder). When starting the match, the orientation of your forearm, if it were like the minute hand on a clock, would be elbow at the center axis of the minute hand, and your hand at the 12 o'clock position. To win, your hand will need to be pointing to the 9 o'clock position(on a real table, its closer to the 10 o'clock position as the pinpad/pin line plane is a couple of inches off the surface of the table, so the arm doesnt need to go fully parallel to the table surface for a pin. But for simplicity, lets say 9 o'clock). Ok now lets use the torso as the hand of a clock as well. Hips/pelvic region are at the center axis around which the clock hand would rotate...and your head is pointing to 12 o'clock...just like your hand. The match starts...to win, your forearm needs to rotate 90 degrees counter clockwise, with your hand going from pointing to the 12 o'clock position to the 9 o'clock position. You torso should also rotate along the same arc as your forearm is rotating...with your head pointing at the 9 o'clock position as well...your torso and arm should all become one big clock hand, fused together, so as to rotate as a single solid link so you finishing position looks just like your setup position, only everything is rotated 90 degrees counter clockwise.
Very rudimentary description and it is quite a bit more nuanced than that, and with other techniques that are available, more safety practices will need to be learned. But hopefully this helps people understand what we mean when we say you shouldn't just remain upright while just trying to rotate your forearm trying to push down the opponent's arm.
I’m going to pile on the bandwagon and say only internally rotating is EXACTLY what you SHOULDN’T do in armwrestling, and it’s how 99% of non-armwrestlers do it and why they are so likely to get injured! Especially when you twist your shoulders away from your hand
A lot of pros joke about it but they are actually serious... to get the break out of the way and get surgery done early to strengthen up that specific part of the arm.
🫵🤡
Larry being so strong as he is contributed a lot. If I would yank a hand of opponent like that nothing would happen. Though you cannot blame Larry to be Larry. The other side should know the risk.
2:55 I get the point but you see a lot of top armwrestlers go into that position to do what's called a press or shoulder press and they don't get injured. Also, I've seen a lot of amateur people go into that position or in a more extended version of it, when the shoulder isn't aligned with the forearm and yet their arms aren't breaking. I don't know how to explain this, but this has to be a very painful injury and enough to ruin your whole arm's functionality.
Spiral brake I did the same thing 2.5 years ago. I have 2 titanium plates and a bunch of screws in in my arm. I have like 98percent range of motion. U know when raining is coming that's for sure and I hope to get a plate removed or all of the titanium. It's took a massive impact on my life with the brake happening. Missing time from work. Getting dressed. Recovery times was a over a year and have to constantly break down scare issues. If anyone who read this who had there arm broke like this ur all solders!😮
Heyy u go to gym or not? Iam sitting with a. Broken midshaft,my doctor said I don't need surgery,I really want to go to gym as soon as possible
I do arm wrestling but I always tell other person to pull in right form
I never use my 100 percent power and even if he gets into armbreak position I simply stop right there
This can happen to anyone especially someone who don't train.
That guy was in Armbreak position and the little surge from larry was enough to break his arm
Use Ermes Gasparini workout, if you like to do armwrestle, because he actually try to shoulder press levan but the arm never breaks, he targets to attack fingers because ermes has big pronator.....
What professionals should not do to beginners is not to exert too much force on them to prevent injury. From what I saw Devon Teaching people around and letting them play with one arm and eventually giving in is a good thing.
nonsense , what the arm wrestling world taught me was never judge a book by it cover , some scrawny dude can be fricking strong , but in this case he is using the bones to lock out rather then strength , when you know you are weaker , just accept it .... a good hard knock lesson for him to learn
Ouch!
This happened to me. I still remember that sound.
its crazy, we used to do it all da time when i was young.. neva saw anybody, any injuries..
thank 'god' i just chill since i started drinkin everyday n makin music about 2 decades ago 😂
i see serious injuries all da time everywhere n it freaks me out!
sadly even worse injuries than broken bones from who was just trying to get away from dope, nobody safe!!
His elbow is too inside his chest region so i remember a video where a professional arm wrestler said the technique is to have chest involved too so he had his hand inwards his chest, if that is the then the arm would break for sure
Can you cover JJ Roberts during JMU vs Marshell
I'm "watching", but with the page scrolled down to get the video offscreen. Going with just the audio on this one.
Crazyyy😭
The fracture that typically occurs from this happens at the medial epicondyle or the humeral shaft.
Arm break position or not..personally for me i think its largely depends on luck..i have put myself in many arm break positions..many stronger guys i armwrestle would surge their maximum effort pulling me straight to the pad i havent broke my arm yet i have torn my forearm tendon once..it took me about 6 months to completely heal ..yeah arm position is important but ultimately it depends on luck whether you break your arm or not
The reason this happens is because people like Larry are still in training and shouldn't be training. That guy's body was stiff, and Larry didn't emphasize enough that he had to follow his arm with his head and continue moving along with the arm.
Larry has done great things for the sport with his platform, but that doesn't mean he is ready to be training people.
Is this likely to happen between two people with regular levels of strength and experience or is part of the problem that you have a kid trying too hard against an elite athlete like Larry Wheels?
Thats why I as a beginner train open toproll, because thats the technique at least I think that, where an armbreak is the least likely
If you are opening is probably because your biceps are weak, train them more
@@Pepe-pq3om my bicep definitely isnt the strongest, and of course I'm training it, but I wouldnt say I open up only because of this
I have other weaknesses that I currently try to compensate like with how I armwrestle
How does a bone increase torsion strength? Not like what exercises can be done, but anatomically what process does the bone actually perform to become more resistant to torsion forces?
Not really because bones simply aren’t made to withstand rotational forces.
Happened to me in 2008, metal plate on my left humerus and 13 screws. Was ok about a month after surgery. Took a couple years to get the arm back to 95%. Can still feel it if I'm working out hard. I dont think itll ever be 100%, it just feels a little off.

@@nelsondln appreciate the quick reply. I spoke with my surgeon recently after 4 years, I told him certain movement trigger some pain, but he insisted keeping the metal in because it could cause more complications. Might get a second opinion.
@@nelsondlni had the same injury 6 months ago. And the only probelm i still have is that i cant extend my arm fully. Can you share something about this if you had similar problems. Thank you.
yes i remember at first my arm didn't straighten fully either, i don't remember how long it took but eventually it fully straightened and even can slightly go a little further just like my other arm. The tricep healed fully. For a couple years i would get tennis elbow if i surfed for a long time, that went away also. My shoulder/neck area on that side was super tight from tensing up to protect the arm, i could notice that my left shoulder sits higher than my right, that never really went away, i still have tightness there it could be coincidence but its like my shoulder never really relaxed after that. @@vuk1261

I like arm wrestling but i gotta remember to not break my hand fighting against strong people and keep proper technique. Thanks for that. 👍
Can the person who broke and operated on that bone pass a medical examination for the army? Although the hand is the same as before the fracture, it only has a scar from the operation. if you could please answer it would mean a lot to me.
Thanks.
Dammit, Larry at it again
Test your frame. I have been arm wrestling for 5 years, I use awful arm break positions to get stops all the time and haven’t broken my arms. Is it just that these guys bones are made of chalk? I use soo much internal rotation I can’t externally rotate anymore. I can’t squat anymore as my hands can’t externally rotate to touch the squat bar. They are a good 8 inches from reaching it.
I did this just over 2 months ago unfortunately. I really really hope that gentleman did not get radial nerve palsy. It's horrible and lasts 4 months to a year In this circumstance.
Happened to me 15 yrs ago when I was 23. Did you get surgery? I have a metal plate and 13 screws. Luckily my radial nerve was ok. But my arm still feels slightly off if I'm working out hard.
@nelsondln I did have surgery. Same plate and screws as you. Still have a long way to go but it gave me my life back. Shit sucks as you know.
I thought his forearm bones were the ones that snapped because whenever I do arm
wrestling i always feel like my forearm is the bone being bent, and it doesn't feel that good after
How do i train so that it wont happen to me ? ik its Expirience and Technique, but i want to add a training to that
Oof. That is a spiral break, too.
That is a shit load of rehab to get that working again, and it will literally never perform as well as it did before the break, no matter what is done.
"If you're not accustomed to that amount of load going through the bone"
I found this humerus
HEHEHE GOT EM TWICE BOYS
I blasted...- I mean I had a blast reading this comment
the thing is that in this case larry broke his arm
but in reality in the arm break position you can break it yourself and it doesn't matter how strong you are
you can put your arm against a wall and push like that and you will still snap it clean
the amount of force needed to break it like that is not a lot
the direction of the forces just have to allign and it's snap city
key point in arm wrestling
you win with your body
you lose with your body
him twisting in to win wasn't bad
when larry put on his pressure his body lagged behind and that was just long enough for his arm to snap
but yes in this case larry broke his arm
although i feel like this guy would have broken it himself given a few more seconds
i had one of these when i was 7 i had spiral fractures my humerus because i was mowing the lawn then i was using the leaf blower on my backand i was tired so when i went to put it down i dropped it and the strap buckled on my left arm then snapped my elbow then the humerus bone got spiral fractures
Broken arms look nasty. As long as you don't get any nerve damage, popping a bicep is actually worse.
I wish you went into the recovery… I suffered a spiral fracture of my right humerus and had to have a plate and 12 screws put in 😢
How did you break it?

Do you still have the metal in your arm? Same thing happened to me
@@michaeldolan9130 I do
My buddy used to do this bone breaking move and i used to loose intentionally, better than breaking his humerus
When you start your armwrestling journey, you MUST find a club that teaches you the basics. The most important base you learn first is called vulnerable positioning. By practicing and avoiding those positions, you get to a point where when you pull someone that gets in a vulnerable position, you know how to hold him and put him out of it without risking your win.
My point is Larry is too inexperienced to hold someone out of vulnerable positions. You can't blame him for that. Also the other guy did a nice shoulder roll, unfortunately outside of his shoulder alignment. It's hard to tell that he is doing wrong for inexperienced pullers such as Larry.
When I was a kid, I was watching a Rays game with Tony Saunders pitching. I was forever scarred. Not only that time but there was a 2nd time!?
Did he break his arm pitching??
Would be great to add the anatomy of how the ulna fits on the humerus and reasons why the the humerus would break and not the ulna.
The ulna tends to break from a direct impact - elbow end usually from a fall landing on the elbow. Whether you’re winning or losing in arm wrestling the rotation of your ulna doesn’t change much - it just moves left or right. Rotation of the ulna would involve changing your hand from palm up to palm down. The elbow end of the ulna has a cup that the end of the humerus sits in, forming a hinge that can bend and straighten.
Could you review Trevor Lawrence's injury?
Ouch. Get that man to the ER.
The break just sounded exactly like when dog break a bone, just 100x louder😅

Currently watching with a broken midshaft humerus due to arm wrestling 🥲
So was it dislocated or it broke and where did it break? U didnt even explain that
most beginners do not arm wrestle advanced strongmen like larry, larry is mega strong compared to just a normal person he can easily break their arm in this position. keep your arm straight as a beginner u cant get in that position , when up against someone 5 to 6 times stronger than u. the twist occured and he had never arm wrestled so his bones where not conditioned at all for this rotation and pressure. if u want to keep your arm very strong u have to take calcium and vitamin d and also u most work the arm daily. this will strengthen the bones.
Bro I deadass thought you were Ron Pederson from mad tv
Look at the height of eachs knucles. He was pushing larrys wrist with his palm. Good luck with that no matter the position of the body.
The "curse of Larry wheels" hasnt gone anywhere. People gotta stop competing with strength🤕.
Me dolió cada vez que mostraba el video
Wish I had watched this a month ago. ah no my arm broke eight days before this was posted .... Never had any luck with me ....
this was absolutely and issue of technique by the dude that got injured, it doesn't take super human strength to break a bone that way, i hope he learns better technique if he ever tries arm wrestling again
This happened to me back in March. Same everything. It absolutely sucks.
I'm not understanding whether my
elbow bone broke on not, while arm wresting. I don't have much pain I just can't stretch my hand so does that Mean the bone just came out of its place and can be put back in place by a orthopedic, no operation needed right?
Lmao, no. That's just elbow vaginitis. Elbows don't dislocate while arm wrestling and it definitely didn't break. The guy in this video had his Humerus spiral fracture. You'll know if that happens
@@matthewcraig3837 having a surgery tomorrow have to put a wire to connect the bone there's a litte crack 😟Is there any chance for death? I'm really scared I'm just 14yold
I arm wrestle in school but after watching this I don't do no more
How many people has Larry wheels injured now?
He went in for a poor looking press with too much sidepressure. which can be very dangerous for a beginner, its safer to just hook or toproll.
For someone who doesn’t know anything about arm wrestling you explained it perfectly
Tore my muscle when arm wrestling.. And 4 months after, there stil a minor pain.. Arm wrestling is no joke for amateur.
A kid did this in my dorm freshman year of college
