Congratulation to GRASS for this "logical" solution: softclose + (optional)Tipmatic Compared to other brands (Blum and Hettich) GRASS in the perfect sense of Minimalism, achieved the simplest procedures to trasform a normal softclose guide (new generation of novapro guides) to tip+sofclose, also is very simple to adjust 2 mayor thinks, GAP and EXPULSION FORCE, nothing else is needed!! The drawers I use the most can no longer be opened with ‘tips’. I have to drag them out. I am sure it is a simple fix to get the system to work again. Please help
Hab das System seit neustem in meine Waschtisch Unterschrank installiert. Funktioniert gut und gefällt mir.

How to adjust the height? The rightside-bottom of the top-drawer is scuffing the drawer below. There for the top-drawer isnt closing by it self
