    Average expired contacts per hour in my market is 3-5. You won't get through 100 conversations even if you called for 18 hours straight. Texts don't count either. The only way you'll get through that many contacts in a single day is with circle prospecting on a triple dialer. Probably need to put down some realistic objectives. Like 40-60.

      Hey brother. Thank you for the feedback! The biggest takeaway is to DO MORE than you even think you need to. You already know this but this comment is for those who aren’t executing on this at a high enough level: “If your focus is to making 100 calls per day, you have the wrong focus.” Shift your focus to conversations & appointments set. Then appointments conducted, signed contracts & closed deals. Each metric is worth X dollars per hour. The further down you go in the metric ladder the more money you will make. If you have not yet started making calls, 100 calls is great but it just depends on your goals. Derek is a super achiever so his advice might land better with someone who’s already making $100-300K trying to make their 1st million. Not someone trying to replace the income of their job.       Solid response. Number of conversations and appointments set and gone on, then what percentage of appointments gone on to contract signed. Appreciate your videos my friend. You're work ethic and success is inspiring. It gives hope.

    No sales, just tenant representation? Would have never know there was so much money to be made. How is the commission getting funded /paid by the landlord when its gross x number of months since the Landlord has yet to realize the total earnings?
