Like it isn't already tons of fun😂. They don't call em big boy toys for nothing. It's got to feel great working on something you get to drive for a change .
Its funny to see these two work on a prebuilt cage when they build 5 second race car chassis from just a couple measurements. Best laugh i have had in awhile. Cant wait to see Creampuff up and running. Keep up the good work fellas.
I have some of those Chinese Turbo headers , they're excellent, those 13 year old Chinese girls are becoming some very good weldors, the welds on my are near perfect !
Really excited to see what sort of power this baby will produce before blowing up. Really liking these new videos since Eagle has been finished. Glad you guys solidified your position on YT
You can't go wrong with a Harrell engine. Also just a end of the year congrats with the channel. You guys are doing an awesome job. I hope 2025 is even better for y'all.
this channel really inspires me to continue aspiring to open my own chassis shop. i love seeing the guys doing things i’ve asked myself “would this work? can i do it like this?”. obviously their skill vastly outweighs mine, but it’s a securing feeling seeing them do processes and ideas that i’ve been too scared to attempt in fear of messing up. yall and steve morris both have amazing channels and im thankful for cleetus introducing me to this great mountain of knowledge
If you are staying budget then I would suggest doing a stock bottom end (Gen 4 Truck Rods), A nice set of heads, a sloppy stage 2 cam or texas speed cam, valve springs, and regap stock rings for boost. But since we all know that when someone says "budget build" they never really mean it so you are probably going to spend way too much money and get something from Pete so why do you even ask.
Bout 25 years ago the updated IHRA book had specs of a 6 point cage if you were looking to go faster than 9.90. So my dad put 2 bars crossing in the Back horse shoe to give it 6 points.
The back window took me straight back to building my Ultra4 off-road race Jeep Comanche when my codriver Lance hit the back glass as hard as he could with a 5 lb mallet and it just bounced off and made the loudest boooonnngg noise. Almost died laughing that day. Good times.
Depending on if you are going to build a stock block LS or not what your goals are. A mike lough if going for street or backside and is go with big power pete if going for a bigger better engine.
Run this block replace when it blows with a built one later on.. This is a kick ass series 🤘🏼I've been building a sbc 94 s10 been keeping me busy as a disabled individual 🤘🏼
Budget is a relative term. Compared to the rest of what comes out of the shop this is budget. Why not use middle of the road parts on the whole build. I think it would make for good content to just build an engine in house.
Reliability gets the job done without missing a beat. New engine as this isn't a budget build if it was we would still be seeing Santa coming down the chimney
Tell Pete you want a combo that will crank some real RPM😎 Every time I see someone put one of these MRC cage kits in, they always look great, fit tight to the body, and seem to just go right together - those boys are doing some good work!
Definitely a Pete motor. Remember that video when the doors blew off with Leroy's new pete motor and everything beer money has done with that Pete motor
Man its cool to see you guys throwing some love to the cage guys, makes sense to me to use a proven product, gives them some advertisement and save you probably 12hrs in fab time too. Give ole Pete a ring for one of Beer Moneys motors under the table😂
Get an engine from Pete so you will be able to get down the track at the least a couple times lol. Keep up the good work guys ‘ I love the stuff you guys put out for us fans to watch.
Thanks everyone that’s watching and helping us make this build happen! This is going to be a ton of fun very soon 😎!
Like it isn't already tons of fun😂. They don't call em big boy toys for nothing. It's got to feel great working on something you get to drive for a change .
HED for sure
Yes Mr Pete "Real Good At Doing Stuff" motor for sure and have him tune it on video. He's great at longevity motors
Build it
You gotta hurry mr Sam’s already got his buffer ready to polish it😂
Definitely get one from Pete! He’s real good at doing stuff
URE even better
lol I seen what you did there. 😂
Hell Yeah Brother
thats actually a pretty good idea , hes allso used to making budget engines work pretty good with either stock parts or cheap upgrades
Engine+ intro song 😁
Call Pete and order an engine for sure! 👍
Can't go wrong with anything Pete Harrell builds
yeah sounds like 'budget build' engine to me, looooolllllll
wtf man build it themselves, come on
@@bigbean69420it’s not that’s deep but I’m with you on the build the motor part
Pete seems like a great dude. Give him the business.
My boy Pete. Heck yaaaaa
Get with Pete ASAP! Lol dude is like a wizard with a motor..like yall are ninjas with a racacar...perfect match up
I would definitely recommend getting an engine from Pete at HED. He has a great engine package and is usually at all of the races with Cleetus!
why's everyone recommending this...its supposed to be a budget build, not "buy everything and slap it together" build
I know Pete builds some badass motors that would be a good one 👍
Big power pete harrell engine sounds like a solid idea to me
HED LS for sure, you guys and the truck deserve it. This build is definitely one I’ll be following for a long time. Keep doing what you do! 🤘🏼
Hell yeah….. HED !!
Who dont like hed?

I have some of those Chinese Turbo headers , they're excellent, those 13 year old Chinese girls are becoming some very good weldors, the welds on my are near perfect !
Pete's engine is definitely the right choice!
Really excited to see what sort of power this baby will produce before blowing up. Really liking these new videos since Eagle has been finished. Glad you guys solidified your position on YT
I know CJRC are good at doing stuff but pete is real good at doing stuff
From the budget standpoint, a good ol shop built motor would fit the build! Yall rock!
CJRC, y'all rock! Can't go wrong with real good at doing stuff, Pete. Peace
You can't go wrong with a Harrell engine. Also just a end of the year congrats with the channel. You guys are doing an awesome job. I hope 2025 is even better for y'all.
Rocking a harbor freight machine... it's back on budget, boys
this channel really inspires me to continue aspiring to open my own chassis shop. i love seeing the guys doing things i’ve asked myself “would this work? can i do it like this?”. obviously their skill vastly outweighs mine, but it’s a securing feeling seeing them do processes and ideas that i’ve been too scared to attempt in fear of messing up. yall and steve morris both have amazing channels and im thankful for cleetus introducing me to this great mountain of knowledge
This will be an epic journey. I think Creampuff will (or already does) have a huge following.
I hear Pete's real good at doing stuff, I'd give him a call. By the way, I dig the new glasses Cam.
The transparent glasses frames make you look cute, Cameron.

Get one from Pete! Be great to see how well the stock one holds up and be able to quickly get it back on track when it does go!
I'm not shocked that Moore cage was a blessing. I see a Texas Speed mill in that thing at some point.
HED Engine! He's real good at doing stuff!
I cant believe the quality of the temu stuff. Hope they arent crap!
Bout 25 years ago the updated IHRA book had specs of a 6 point cage if you were looking to go faster than 9.90. So my dad put 2 bars crossing in the Back horse shoe to give it 6 points.
I love the drag and drive format, so you guys doing it has me psyched!
The back window took me straight back to building my Ultra4 off-road race Jeep Comanche when my codriver Lance hit the back glass as hard as he could with a 5 lb mallet and it just bounced off and made the loudest boooonnngg noise. Almost died laughing that day. Good times.
if you spray liquid oxygen into the intercooler, you can avoid the nitrous backfire, and burn more fuel at lower boost levels.
An easy way to break the glass is to use the radio antenna. It's an old firefighter trick we'd use.
As a fellow fire fighter, I have never had luck using the radio antenna to shatter glass.
Depending on if you are going to build a stock block LS or not what your goals are. A mike lough if going for street or backside and is go with big power pete if going for a bigger better engine.
"Making life easier" 100 agree! Can't wait to see it fire up and run. Merry Christmas!
Yes!!! Push the up arrow!!!!!
Buying an engine isn't budget. 100% you should build you own. It offers more content, and it is most relatable to a majority of your audience.
Another amazing video with the guys having fun And definitely get Pete to build an engine for CreamPuff 👍🏼
Definitely an engine from Pete!
good ol' Pete is my call for engine - dudes really good at stuff.
Pete obviously! Come on you guys already knew the answer to that one!
Give Mr Pete some Love!
HED ALL THE WAY!! You'll be sooooo good at doin stuff
Definitly get an HED engine!!
Cream puff is gonna be a monster!
I can’t wait for a couple years down then road when CP has a screw blown Hemi!!
Pete’s real good at doin stuff, you know we’re saying HED.
Definitely build the engine yourselves! True budget build style. anything different would be disingenuous for a 'budget build'
Run this block replace when it blows with a built one later on..
This is a kick ass series 🤘🏼I've been building a sbc 94 s10 been keeping me busy as a disabled individual 🤘🏼
Definitely Pete . . . . ooooorrrr Texas speed 427
Big Pahr Pete for the win!
The fact I see a HF pro tig 205 in a shop of this caliber brings warmth to my heart. 😁
Make sure you get some big 'Powered by Temu!' decals for the doors. Fun build.
Can’t go wrong with a Pete motor!
I love seeing a harbor freight vulcan welder in a professional fab shop. Shows that it's more about the operator than machine.
Definitely get one from Pete. He seems to stand behind his builds and get a good price to make the cream puff fly.
Budget is a relative term. Compared to the rest of what comes out of the shop this is budget. Why not use middle of the road parts on the whole build. I think it would make for good content to just build an engine in house.
I would DEFINITELY run those header flanges across a belt sander lol
Had to make sure I was on the right channel when old mate started saying temu 🤣🤣 love your content guys keep it up 👌🏻👌🏻
Smart move would be getting that backup motor ready… not if, but when , the stock motor destroys it self
Big power Pete is REAL GOOD AT DOING STUFF!!!!
Gowith real good at doing stuff
I'd like to see you build a budget high horsepower LS and let us follow along through the whole build but that's me happy holidays and God bless
Reliability gets the job done without missing a beat. New engine as this isn't a budget build if it was we would still be seeing Santa coming down the chimney
Build the engine and make a video of it IMO !
Keep up the awesome videos
Tell Pete you want a combo that will crank some real RPM😎

Definitely a motor from Pete. He's real good at doin stuff.
Pete!!! He's real good at doin' stuff!
Engine from Pete Harold should make it fly
I love seeing these budget purchases
Definitely an engine from Big Power Pete 🙌🏻
Pete for sure
Man its cool to see you guys throwing some love to the cage guys, makes sense to me to use a proven product, gives them some advertisement and save you probably 12hrs in fab time too. Give ole Pete a ring for one of Beer Moneys motors under the table😂
hell yeah get a Pete motor he's the man.
Pete’s real good at doin stuff. Drop in to one of those engines of his.
8:31 the window segment 😂 ❤ definitely going up ranks for favorite channels to watch, good group of guys 🫡👏🏻 happy holidays CJRC
Big Power Pete on that engine!!!!!!
Fir breaking windows, use a spring loaded center punch. Surely as a fab shop you have one in a tool box. I will bet Danny has one.
Great episode. Cream puff’s going to be a bit of a weapon
pete , Pete , PETE
OH YEAH BROTHER !
Great vids, very educational. And ya, Hearld Engine and Dyno motor, since it's a budget build eh?? 👌🤔😉
Happy Friday.
Pete for the win! HED Creampuff
Spring loaded center punch work wonders on tempered glass
Definetly go with BIG POWER Pete!
That Pete guy is real good at doing stuff !
Ask Cleet, Leroy has a Pete Harold engine in it. They rock.
Good video keep them coming
Going to be a certified ripper. Pete Harold motor is the way to go
Get an engine from Pete so you will be able to get down the track at the least a couple times lol. Keep up the good work guys ‘ I love the stuff you guys put out for us fans to watch.
I think you should partner with the Hemi Brothers and get one of their proven engine packages!
Really Good at Doin Stuff Pete engine package!
Pete! Pete! Pete! The people have spoken 😅
