1:31:16 As an HC kid and a barista, you're so real for this Colin. Anyone reading this come to my coffee shop in Paris, called Partisan, I'll hook you all up
2:08:31 - they even did that on a same record... for "Alpha Omega", kind of... check the beginning of "See the Signs" and "Kuruksetra"... it's not like, note by note recycled... but same "leitmotifs" so to speak, and both tunes still sound very familiar after a few spins.
My dad and I have always been the biggest wesley willis fans. I injured my hand like an idiot today and a sudden rendition of chicken cow from Colin has managed to salvage my day.
Colin, I'm glad you played that TIHC set. You crushed it. Way better than I would have done. Buddy and I used to sit in the same office. I was the one who said, "Ask Taylor". ;)
while on tour I drunkenly had portillos in Chicago and it was awesome, but didnt realize it was the og. then recently attended namm, and stood in buena park, and found that portillos. Im also sober now, so I really had a chance to soak it in. bro, the chocolate cake shake....
Hearing Colin talking about Brodie king gives me chills because I learned about God's Hate from my love of wrestling and Brody being my absolute favorite I remember the on going joke in the wrestling community was he was the Big Tommy END (Malakai black ) and seeing that documentary Colin was in the beginning of it saying the exact same thing basically!!!!!
On "Crowbar`s - Sever the Wicked Hand" is almost any song Ring Entrance Material Great Episode !!! Peace to Colin :When u like BoyzIIMen,then u love "Jodeci - Diary of a Mad Band".
Damn, just the other day I realised how much No Warning - Bad Timing sounds like Sum 41 - Still Waiting during a Suffer, Survive re-listen 😂 crazy you guys mentioned it
Genuinely was and still am a huge fan of the Wolfnote demo all bangers imo definitely had that early Alkaline feel that I love also you fools should check out Outer Wilds it's a one of a kind game with a lot of love poured into it
Please, next time your in vegas and want a spectacular brunch. Go to Bouchon at the Venetian. Chef Thomas Kellers bistro that has some of the best breakfast/pastries I've had in my life. I go at least once maybe twice whenever I'm in vegas. Great vids as always
I deliver furniture. Lol at 4 guys needing to deliver a couch. The heaviest I deliver is a Flexsteel power reclining sofa. The base alone weighs a little over 500lbs but the backs come off. In total it weighs over 650 lbs. That's still only a 2 man job
I wonder if Disharmony and Gaining Purpose were considered under performer because they (metalblade) tried to fit TT into a market that are usually pure thrash metal, death metal etc and TT is beyond that, is beyond one music genre only. We've seen that happen before with bands that later got their cult status but were overlooked by the broader public and labels. Like people that I know from metal scene when first listened to TT , later became fans but during a brief period of time struggled labeling or understanding where TT belonged. I became fan since the insane and inhumane and I was like "REALLY?" with that statement by Colin. I think understanding Nuances within music genres is a natural gift by hardcore community.
I remember when Disharmony came out I was so stoked that they had embraced more metal side of things. The vocals didn't even bother me because I got what they were going for (I.E. melodic crossover from the 80s-90s like Cro-Mags, Only Living Witness, Sam Black Church,etc..) all had unconventional vocals over insanely heavy riffs. I can get how it would sound weird to the un-initiated. TT absolutely had a ton of hype leading up to Disharmony, and they still did well at hardcore centric shows but when they tried to crossover to the metal crowd is when I feel things got a bit astray. I'm glad to see TT is having a bit of a renaissance currently because they really are a unique band and paved the way in the modern scene for bringing in unconventional influence and sound.
Hardlore Records #2 : Doom Eternal - giving Mick Gordon the platform he deserves

Man, that Matt skiba show was absolutely brutal! I’ve never seen a room clear out so quick for a headliner before
2:10:47 prime example of why I love this podcast 🫶🏼😅
The jodeci bit is killing me I have never in my life heard someone pronounce it that way
My man pronounced it like he’s saying “Joe Pesci”
Would LOVE to see Sammy Duet as a guest! Man’s always killed it in Goatwhore, Acid Bath, even his involvement with bands like Crowbar
And he is a gear head.
@@joaocarlosmartinramosjr9782Absolutely. Never personally been a gearhead but I could hear Sammy talk gear for hours
My dad and I have always been the biggest wesley willis fans. I injured my hand like an idiot today and a sudden rendition of chicken cow from Colin has managed to salvage my day.
The UK wrestler Rampage Brown has/had "I Will Be Heard" as his entrance music and it kills every time.
