- We are back in JAPAN!! and we were greeted to snowfall here in Tokyo! We had a beautiful winters day walking the streets, hitting Karaoke, having some tasty food and jumping on the bullet train!

It's crazy, friends and I were there on the 22nd as well, and it snowed all day, all night.

Have you been to Hokkaido? It’s beautiful! Strongly recommend the bear park and hot springs in Noboribetsu....don’t forget the onsen while in Japan, so warm!

I have watched many vlogs shot in Japan. This is the first time that I’ve seen snow in a travel vlog shot in Japan. (It’s probably due to how rare a snowfall is in Tokyo like you said and most vloggers stay in Tokyo!) So, I’m glad that you two are outside Tokyo travelling while it’s snowing. Would love to see more of Japan in a snowy weather.
We are super thankful to see Tokyo in the snow! It's now Thursday and all the snow has gone so we were so lucky to be here for the snowfall!

First video I've watched. Thumbs up and subscribed. Two places I want to visit are Japan and Australia. Tokyo and Sendai look lovely at night with snow. I'm used to snow being from New York. Great video!

Japan is on my bucket list. I had a"relative" there when I was a kid, but never been there. My grandmother did ,but she didn't take me! My only fear is the language. I can handle foreign languages that have the same writing as we do, but those letters I am afraid of, especially since I would like to travel outside of Tokyo. "Lost in Translation" comes to mind... Enjoy the snow!!! :-)

Omg it was the most horrible day in Japan so far. The snow storm came soooo unexpectedly. I was slipping on my way to and back from work, the trains were delayed and sooo full, people were actually pushing and I nearly tripped and fell. I hated it! I don't ever want snow in Japan again.
I am a bit envious of you guys' positive energy during that snowy day although you just arrived. I would be so pissed if I arrived somewhere and it was snowing...
Please explore more around Tohoku area where only a few percentage of people travels!! That would be great!!
Just the Miyagi region and Tokyo region this trip but I am sure we will return :)

Flying The Nest The first was mix of pork and seafood and the second was pork with yakisoba and egg on top. Ahhh! I'm craving some right now! My bf and I are planning to make okonomiyaki this weekend, so excited!

Have you guys thought about going back to China and doing a more traditional tour (the great wall, forbidden city,Terracotta Army) and all that stuff?
Also, you should do another tour of Europe!
We did go to the Pokemon Center in Hiroshima i believe! Also yes we want to go back to China - we always joke that we have been there twice and seen none of the tourist attractions!

Oh wow I'm from Perth too (saw the description)! Also when did you guys actually film this? I'll be going to Japan around the first week of February and I'm not sure how cold it is there so I don't know what clothes to pack.

haha after Canada we can take on ALL the cold :P but saying that I think we need a tropical getaway after this trip! March should be Spring - if you go first week of April or last week of March you have a strong possibility of seeing the Cherry Blossoms!

+The Journey so far it's been great. I'm not sure how much rainfall they get in the city but there are way less tourists. I think summer (like we did last year) would be the worst time to go just because winter has snow, spring cherry blossoms and autumn you have orange and brown colours
