I agree with you about the Volume. I enjoy the technology but sometimes it does take me out of things. I love live locations and great set designs. Glad you dug the trailer! The cast is stacked and I can't wait.
I really hope that this is good and that it's also daaaaaaarrrrrrrk. The teaser poster makes it seem as though it should be dark, but this trailer didn't really scream that (compare to the 1 minute teaser trailer for the new Alien:Romulus movie which was OMG daaaaaaarrrrrrrk, lol!) I feel like this trailers purpose is letting us know who the potential Acolyte is in the story... I also feel like all them kids that ignite there lightsabers in the forest are in muey muey danger. 😨
@crystalkyber Idk, at first I thought it might be the girl that said she sees fire in her mind... but she could also just be the first to have a premonition of what The Acolyte will do later in the series. What I know for sure is June can't come fast enough!
It looks like this show is going to have a more serious tone like Andor. It definitely seems like a cross between The Matrix and Star Wars and even has Carrie Ann Moss on board.
I'm so excited to be outside of the Skywalker era of star wars. I think you would love this era as well. I highly recommend reading at least the phase one books of the high republic. I don't think they'll be necessary but they are so fun and different (and well written). Also i had no idea you put out an avatar video. Gonna watch that soon

I will say I am openly Optimistic but from the trailer it looks really good! I guess it's just my trust with Disney but like.... this has so much potential I truly HOPE they don't ruin it and get fans angry cuz this is definitely important lore and we've wanted stuff like this for ages! Next gimme the story of Plageus or Darth Bane!! Or even Reven!!

I hope this is good. I just hope that they don't recon stuff for the prequels. Most of these jedi have to die because in episode 1 they haven't seen sith for over 1000 years. Even these jedi die or some of them turn into sith. The sets look great reminds me of andor.
