Fun Fact: when originally recording the song, Liz Callaway (Anya's singing voice in the movie) didn't know how long the last note was supposed to be, so she just kept going. That's why it's such a long held note. 😍

Christy Altomare is one of my favorite performers. She brought so much passion to Anastasia. I loved the movie so much as a child and she really brought it to life and made me love it even more. I’m so glad I saw it on Broadway and that I was lucky enough to meet her. Great video!

Anastasia is definitely one of my top three favorite Broadway musicals!! I’m wondering if you listened to the soundtrack and if you enjoyed it? I’d only ever watched the animated movie once before I listened to the musical so I didn’t have much to compare it to, but I love them both so much now.

I always have trouble relating to female singers cause I don’t have a full grasp on what is considered “high” or “low”, so this video totally helps me appreciate this song so much more.

thank you so mush , i'v been working this song for 3month now ( thanks covid to keeping me on quarantine) and i was really torn between her mixte chest voice and decrenchendo to head voice ( i was struggleling to belt and finish with a head voice wich is impossible for me ahah) now i understand how she does it because of you ;)

OH MY GOSH I HAD AN ANASTASIA THEMED BIRTHDAY PARTY TOOOOOO! (I was turning 7???? 8? When did the movie come out 97? Yeah. It would have been my 7th birthday I believe.......) I was OBSESSED with all things Anastasia back in the day. Still am. I fullfilled a bucket list purchase recently and got a “together in Paris”necklace replica and I love the movie and the costumes and POOKA and GAH. I LOVE this movie and this musical and everythiiiiiiiiiiiiing
