    Hi Zaid, came across your channel recently and will try to incorporate your advice.
    I’m 27 and lately experiencing these symptoms, my urologist has ruled out bacterial prostatitis and given me anti-inflammatories and Alfuzosin for now. I just wanted to ask, I started going to the gym a couple of months ago, do I need to lay off of bench presses? Could it be aggravating it?
    P.S I do walk 10k steps daily, started training cause I just wanted to get into better shape.
    Thanks in advance if you reply bud.

      @@fitalfa well I went through a barrage of tests from my urologist they determined that it was a non-bacterial prostatitis. They still put me on 500 mg of Cipro twice a day for 30 days. Because that's just the standard procedure even if it's non-bacterial.. I was very fortunate that it only lasted for about 3 months..At that time even though it's only been to 9 or 10 years a lot less was known about it. So there was a lot less information out there. However I exercised tried to eat clean and added anti-inflammatory foods into my diet as well..

    Also get tested for MTHFR mutation for those who have anxiety. Anxiety, high homocysteine in the blood, which leads to other problems, and other effects, could be the mere result of this mutation and the body’s inability to produce enough methylfolate, which regulates homocysteine in the blood. Easy fix if that’s the case because methylfolate can be taken orally and there are no side effects.

    Thanks for the tips bro, really watching your videos motivate me on this difficult path, I have PFD, the first symptoms were pain when sitting, premature ejaculation and penis pain, then erection problems, intestinal problems and rectal pain. I would appreciate it very much if you could answer my question, I love the gym, do bodybuilding, since I started with this I have lowered my performance, do you think it would be good to stop doing bodybuilding? I avoid heavy squats for now, most leg exercises leave me with rectal pain, it's like doing a kegel unconsciously. Do you believe in the possibility that once I recover I will be able to return to normal in the gym - obviously taking care of myself, I would not like to stop training and hypertrophy, today you can train without problems?

    I'd like to learn more about engaging social activities. I'm M32 and been a party person for a long time. since CPPS (7months ago) I've slowed down on the booze (even 10 days sober) and cut off drugs because the next day the flare up was mad but I am lacking the confidence that I have when tipsy/drunk. I've told my closest friends about CPPS but they don't really understand what I'm going through and basically tell me to "man up".
    You said a couple of times to live your life normally with friends and family but I'm struggling although I'm making small progress. How do you deal with it?
    Many thanks for your videos

    Hi there, Thank you for your experience and tips how to best overcome this problem! I’m interested for the gym exercises what are bad and triggers for pelvic pain to return? So cycling, swimming or hiking I have to forget now? It’s hard to overcome stress because you live in bad environment: living with your parents, have toxic colleagues, you have bank credit and this is connected to money of course! It’s hard when your body is in constant spasms.

    • @fitalfa
      @fitalfa  15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yeah anything that elevates stress can become a trigger, but also a window to the solution. Learning to regulate your nervous system when stressed is how you overcome triggers. As for gym, that’s a different answer for everybody depending on your posture, where tension lives in your body & your experience moving with resistance.

    Hai bro, I am suffering with continuous testacle pain from 3 months now, and tested everything got negative and no infection, had antibiotics and first they were very much effective and those prescription is only for 10 days, after the doc told me antibiotics don't workout, and gave me antiinflammatory which didn't work. Gone through different antibiotics. I am on my 26 age and on too much stress and anxiety. Experiencing erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. I am too much worried and already changed diet, added more fruits and pumpkin seeds to diet. Stretching now. But still symptoms are there, frequent urination, pain in testacle and ED are the most worse symptoms I am experiencing. Please help me is these stretches and diet change would help me?. Can I get reversed the erection. Please help

      Slowly work on your waist and below strenthin them exercise

      It can work better than static stretching & if it’s targeted movement to address myofascial restrictions (tension, tightness, trigger points) then it can alleviate a looooooot of stress, anxiety & pain. It’s what I’ve been using for myself & clients.

      CPPS is technically type 3 non bacterial prostatitis. It’s the absence of evidence for an infection. I’d add that many conventional tests miss a lot of low grade infections & fungal infections, sperm culture & gut health tests can be a great aid

    • @fitalfa
      @fitalfa  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@TommyGTime They don't, but we know the gut is largely responsible for immune function & preventing toxins from leaking into the rest of the body, so when it's littered with fungus, bad bacteria & parasites, or worse has leaks in the gut lining, you can safely assume this will impact other areas of the body, mainly the brain & the bladder/prostate area as both of those contain their own microbiomes

    You did a whole video interview with a guy named Dan from "Pain Free You," who said that everything you're saying here is incorrect, inaccurate, and that it's all TMS. Why did you change your mind? Why do you still believe this treatment method is good and not just working on your fear?

    • @fitalfa
      @fitalfa  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Dan is entitled to his opinion & we agree on most things. I started by discussing the nervous system regulation before anything else & emphasize that if you don’t learn to regulate, making the other changes may not help. I’ve worked with a lot of people who felt better after seeing a pelvic pt, after healing their gut from real toxins & from addressing serious postural imbalances. It’s different for everyone at the end of the day so this is a general video to cover all of your bases. Hope things have been going well with you Tom

    • @scottmcewan
      @scottmcewan 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Don’t think you’re being fair here. The vast majority of what Zaid is saying here is not going against TMS treatment anyway. Should you not eat a healthy diet? Instead eat a load of junk food because there’s nothing wrong with you? Should you not spend time with friends because there’s nothing wrong with you? Plus it would be flat out bizarre if you didn’t do medical tests at the start of this to rule that out first, before going down the TMS route. Essentially Zaid is saying eat healthy, hang out with friends, practise relaxation, clean up your diet and rule out a medical problem. Seems like good advice to me
