With grain that looks that good I think an entry table or side wall table. A coffee table would be fabulous. The 4th slab from you is amazing and should be in a place where it's never covered so the beauty of it can be admired all the time.
T shirts look great, keep us updated when you sort out the international shipping . Slabs look beautiful, couple of those would make a wonderful top for an office desk, or maybe the top for an Armoire if anyone still makes those. They do deserve to be used in a stunning piece of furniture. Kind regards. Ian B.
I wish I lived close by so I could work with you and experience the sawmilling process and hopefully leave with just one slab! Love your content and dedication to the channel man, keep on growing brother.
I was thinking Coffee table also, I had a friend flatten it on his CNC machine this week, amazing machine! never had a slab that flat before, Thanks for the feedback!
Can't argue with the coffee table idea. But........ My wife and I went to a pub style restaurant the other day. They had a few small tables with stool type chairs on either side. They had very short slabs as table tops. The slabs they had looked like hell but, man, one of yours would have looked great. Just a thought.
I'm really curious: how much did you pay to get that slab CNC flattened? The one place I called to do that in my area wouldn't do it - they said they only flatten their own slabs they sell.
Yea I would make it an entry way table that would be a beautiful piece to see when you first come into someone's home. Maybe use a nice contrasting wood like maple or Ash for the base is what I would do
What ur having a coffee table give away I'm in! You should make a coffee table and then do a live feed called: COFFEE AND DOUGHNUTS WITH THE BEARDED ONE

Nice slab. Be nice to see it finished.
Sure thing. Whatever I build will make it to here for sure
Kingsport👍...as a Kentuckian who travels frequently in your area, Kingsport is a favorite town.
Its not too bad, just the smell is the worst part! The local chemical factory sure can stink it up sometimes,
Here is an official 7k congratulations my friend! Good morning!
Thanks buddy, that was a good way to start my day!

You could tie the ends together and make a mirror image dining table.
True. 👍👍
Incredible patterns. I agree, coffee table in hairpin legs. Beautiful
Thanks Rags! agreed,
A bench would be good

Beautiful! Wish we had walnut here!
whats sad is that most end up in the burn pile here, wasteful ,
Out of the Woods That's terrible! I would love to get even one walnut log here. Thanks for sharing. Maybe someday I will get to work with it.

No rush dear boy, the business come first I know that well, still a bit chilly here for T shirts.😂😂
Regards.
I may be a couple of hours early, but congrats on 7k my friend!
maybe a writers desk
Nice crotch! It's so awesome to see it from tree to finished lumber. That's what i'm really looking forward to with that maple I just cut.
I agree also , very satisfying,
I'm really curious: how much did you pay to get that slab CNC flattened? The one place I called to do that in my area wouldn't do it - they said they only flatten their own slabs they sell.
50$
Holy smokes, that's a good deal!
Yes I thought so also!
Nice crotch walnut. With a slab like that it wouldn't take much skill to make a beautiful piece of furniture.
Agreed. And already flattened. All the hard work is done
I think it would make a great entry way table. What's the dimensions of the slab?
2x21 at widest point, 48 long, if I remember,
Yea I would make it an entry way table that would be a beautiful piece to see when you first come into someone's home. Maybe use a nice contrasting wood like maple or Ash for the base is what I would do

Hi Nathan do you make much furniture or do you sell most of your slabs?
Most I sale,
I’m thinking...desk

Who's the young kid in this video???;)
That’s what I want to know!!
If you'd send all them slabs to me, I'd put 'em together and make a tree, he-he!
Haha 👍👍
