I can tell that I’m i have a terrible mmr because all the heroes that I’m terrified of are and B and C tier in this list. Reaper is like “yeah so crunch is honestly terrible this patch” and I’m thinking “damn if crunch is terrible and I keep losing to crunches then I must be awful”
Its all relative most characters are good outside of competetive
I get you, a lot of those heroes are "noob stompers" they are really really strong on their own but often struggle when the enemy starts knowing how to play against you. For example: Crunch dies very quickly when he gets cc'd because of his big hitbox and need to built at least some damage before building full tank. Sparrow is also relatively easy to catch and playing around corners is super helpfull. I am a drongo main and I have been struggeling against the phase sparrow matchup but it does feel like I sorta just need to get good, about to hit plat 1 if you care for context
MMR means nothing man. You can be as good or bad as you want, it doesn't matter when you get put up against parties. You've gotta be really good to beat a party. The only tier list that matters is this one; S tier= Carrys.

Due to being able to pull camps you can drag camps towards each other then jump to the next one without losing your passive stacks resulting in quicker clear since his passive gives power per stack

I've been finding success on Khalari with some auto attack items in the build. You get a decent engage between the invis, slow knives and ult and autos stack her mark REALLY fast. If the carry is eating best at the table, no reason not to take from his plate!
Went against 4 physical, one magic with Steel.
So I built all physical first 3 cards. And started flux, but stopped after T2.
Fireblossom, tainted, and Dawnstar. Figured the constant burn plus mitigation would go far. But honestly I was still extremely squishy. I don't feel like I could tank for more then 3-4secs as an engagement on the team.
I was building into more physical mitigation with stonewall but it just didn't really help. I think they are gonna have to either buff tanks natural armor/health or buff defensive cards.
No I shouldn't out dps most character, but I should be able to soak up damage for more then 5 secs. Kinda weird to play tanks atm.
Specially with Aurora have near same tankieness, CC potential, but deal 2x damage.

What does proc on the que and 40-50 stacks mean?
Muriel B tier is insane to me just because of how strong carries are. Extra damage, attack speed, negation, and tenacity on a carry is insane. She is also a really good split pusher late game if you sell shield items to magical power. I would put her up with Narb.
Any plans on making a tier list for brawl? Ive been enjoying it more due to shorter games and far less toxic teammates. I was hoping for a 3v3 mode but ill settle.
So what item does Sev start with now since FB was nerfed?
Putting Sparrow in B is crazy, she has an amazing slow, crazy attack speed, and a poke that can penetrate walls and catch runners/tower campers + all the new on hits she's benefitting from. Your reasonings for putting her B was "you can just cc her" "Use corners if she ults" basically you are saying just play a trash Sparrow, any character is gonna be punished with that logic and you can just corner weave every twinblast move in his kit. There's plenty of space in the map and if its a team fight she probably isn't taking the brunt of the CC which leaves her consistently melting entire teams and running is basically impossible late game.
Great list. Id argue crunch is slighly low, but thats my only gripe. Also, sad tank main here 😂
you often mention Stormbreaker in this vid, can you elaborate on why its so strong this patch? I get the appeal of it but if we are talking about pure damage I would think they are better items to build first right? does it really scale that hard?
it scales very well as well as all the other on hit items the change to make it proc based on movement/autos hit means you will always start a fight with it making it an incredible poke too as well as dps increase while also speeding up farm potential since you will almost always proc it on the first auto, you also get more stacks when you farm jungle camps so you get it stacked faster than before. combined with how strong items like sky splitter are it seems to be quite meta atm might also be why some people thing sparrow is so strong since she is one of the biggest abusers of the on hit items. crit also getting nerfed by each item having less individual crit makes it less potent early which also makes it easier to scale effectively with storm without getting punished early and put behind the power curve

If you were tasked with "Fixing" Revenant, what would you change on him? I main Rev and regardless of his tier being bad by everyone, he is my favorite.
Honestly, a friend and I were talking about this yesterday. Give his clear a tiny AoE and let him have like 2 seconds of stealth and a tiny heal if he kills during his ult. Oh, and make Hellfire Rounds actually DO something. He feels a little rough to begin with but it seems like they actively want him to be bad by just having a "you may basic attack" ability

Wraith is actually quite good with the crit build I’m using. Nuclear rounds vanq demo for core. Infernum t rounds and equinox mostly for the end, but not in that order. Sometimes I flex ash bringer in, because of the cooldown reset you get. You can think of trying it, you probably gonna laugh about it, it’s actually good. Combine this with good aim and with consistently hitting 1-3-3. Plus the fact that you get 24% pen, with 18% from the passive is helping against tanks.

I agree. It’s not the brush but the artist. I main wraith and average 15+ .. his ability to vanish and flank the enemy team opens up a window for your team to dive in and make moves. “ Quick in and out” 😎💪

@@Nuclear_Outlaw His ultimate actually isnt that bad. Poke them out with your abilities to secure with the ult. I will agree his ult does need a slight buff, but he is still S tier against other hunters.

tbh yes sparrow is the most diveable adc and easily killed. HOWEVER paired with a teamcomp that complements her is pretty hard to deal with. If she has peel and a Phase boosting her DMG and pulling her you can only kill her with well coordinated dives. her ttk is just insane. if you fk up your dive she will just team wipe your team
If you a Sev one-trick I agree on A tier, but for all other players it really is B

I feel like Crunch definitely could be at least A, at the end of the day burst dmg got mega buffed this patch and he is a very bursty brawler robo boi. He's definitely not as good as he was but can still duke it out with the best of them dmg wise. His sustain is still solid albiet not as good, he also for a big boy has great engage and escape with the dash/double dash

Honestly they should, i feel like his auto is pretty painfully slow despite how powerful it is, itd be cool if he traded scar for like a fan the hammer type ability like McCree, or give him 6 rounds with more rate of fire instead of the limited 4. Personally i find myself using scar and obliterate as a starter but its horrible when you do it while their next to minions/heros and the damage gets spread around instead of focused
nah, he isnt useless. build malady first item
he has a certain play style
•ult cleanses certain stasis effects (Aurora ult, wraith rewind, etc)
•gotta dish out your burst and that's it
like any character gotta find the tempo, obviously maybe could use some love.
I probably put a collective 700hrs on rev between Paragon and Pred and all I can say is his spacing (distance from targets is best friend)
I don't find it hard to carry with him at the moment, but then again I play in a solo que environment not scrims
He’s basically not a carry. He’s an assassin who can’t play solo or jungle. So he has to take the carry role. People shouldn’t really play him like a carry though. You shouldn’t be hard pressed to blow through tanks you should hyperfarm and then ult muriel, Narbash, Phase, etc.
I don’t really get fey being lower than gadget… I think she should be A+ with how consistent her damage is. She’s insane. Whereas gadgets abilities all take a long time to do damage

I want to but I haven’t been able to figure out solid builds for each hero since I can only get so many games in I might try to do a theory of building video instead and explain how to build thru the thought process to hopefully simplify it a lot of players overthink it
@@SoulRe4p3r I would love to see that. I come from Smite, so I have a grasp of what's going on. Items, however, I find I have no idea what I'm doing. A breakdown of what items are strong right now and ones that have value over others would be amazing.
for sparrow you just throw her counter plays out there like or adc don’t have that same problem and yer ult in a team fight destroys anyone in front of her
I only disagree with shinbi . She’s still very strong in the offlane , maybe only losing to grux or zarus .
I do have to agree with nearly all of it, especially with Grux, gaia in the jungle on him was just a complete flip of how it felt to play him in .17, but I do think Rev is a bit higher on the list even with gatling gun on-hit builds raging around. I like the feeling of having nuclear rounds with infernum and focus more on ability poke before full committing with him and I find him to be pretty decent, at most a low A tier in my opinion Dad. Great list!

I actually respect the Howie S tier. I play Howie and have no problem laning against a Gideon or any other mid. Other people dont put him in the S Tier or even A+
He is very good currently very good scaling and one of the only mids capable of dealing with adcs by himself
Solid list, def think ramp is a bit better than people think atm. Solid like A tier imo
I fully agree, just depends on how you build and play him. I tend to lean more into a bruiser/health regen tank, I usually try to take my fights within the jungle for the bonus health regen and attack speed passive. By the time I'm full build I sit at 80 HP regen out of combat in jungle and around 40-50 HP regen in combat in jungle, and ulting lands around 300 HP regen, so you stay alive and in the field for quite a long time.
You could argue b tier imo but a is a stretch like damn he got cooked this patch hope he gets some love next patch

Gadget over Argus is insane, (as she is the weakest Midlaner for me) but I agree with most of the rest.
I am a Gadget main and I agree. I play her and Iggy a lot and I think they are a little too high up for how little carry potential they have

Nah, his progression feels very slow. That's why I feel not enough people pick him. Since he's not picked a lot, not much practice with his kit, which leads to losses.

Thank you Soul! Someone that is great at the game and with some since to know Sparrow is not broken. Just sick of people complaining about ADC's doing to much dmg. For all the little Timmy's out there complaining about Sparrow, No escape no movement speed nothing in her kit to help her create separation from threats on the battlefield. While others have a dash, another with traps and a shotgun blast. Hell one just ult's a 1v1 just to get away sometimes..(Rev).Leave Sparrow alone and let here be great. ADC= Attack Damage (CARRY!) Put some respect on us Adc mains.

The crunch and aurora placement is crazy crunch is simply always strong straight up and aurora is cracked op her only issue is engaging easily both are A plus hero’s
